Overall great experience. Highly recommended

The property is conveniently located and for skiers it has access to the slopes within 150 ft for both ski in and out. Parking is important and available as walking to the village takes 10 min. The bus stop next to property is also important to reach the village or ski base. Breakfast is great and the host is very welcoming and helpful.

WiFi needs some upgrade. This would also be helpful for Smart Tv installed in the room.

Comfortable, convenient and with good breakfast

We had a very comfortable stay. I also told the host in advance that I am celiac, and she went over and above to ensure I had gluten free bread and treats for breakfast. This was SO appreciated! The property was clean and comfortable, and it was great having a heated boot rack for our ski boots. Although the property was located halfway between the lifts and town, there is a little off shoot from city run so it is actually ski in ski out. Just took a minute to find this :)

The room was a little too warm, but we left the balcony door propped open overnight which worked well.

The property is clean and cosy, breakfast is good. Located near Zell Am See, walk to the lake and town area in 10 mins, Summer card is provided, where you could enjoy many attractions in Kaprun and Zell Am See.

Excellent stay!

We spent a week here and found it to be perfect, thank you Babsy! Location is excellent, quiet and next to the bus stop. It's two bus stops to town centre but very easy to walk too. The rooms were spacious with lots of storage for all the gear and everything exceptionally clean. There's a mini fridge in the room. I guess the only improvement could be to have a kettle to make tea in the evening but to be fair we went out most evenings.

Highly Recommend Staying at B&B Babsy

We enjoyed our stay at B&B Babsy and Zell Am See. The summer card is excellent for travelling around the area and using all the different mountain lifts. Lots of cable cars, buses and trains included free of charge. Other attractions included. Fabulous walking in the area. The summer card is the reason we chose to stay at Zell am See. B&B Babsy is situated midway between the town centre and the Schmittenhöhebahn cable car. The room was big and comfortable. Very clean. Very nice bathroom and shower. Nice balcony overlooking the mountains. Good breakfast with cereals, rolls, meat, cheese, eggs and jams. Babsy is very helpful and kind. We enjoyed our stay very much and we would recommend B&B Babsy for your summer holiday in Zell am See. I think it would be good in the winter as well. We liked Zell am See and enjoyed walking by the lake. Nice town with lots of shops and restaurants. We did not hire a car and used the train to get from Salzburg Airport.

We enjoyed everything about B&B Babsy. Something to note is the B&B is approx 10 - 15 minute walk up a fairly steep hill from the town centre. It is approx another 15 - 20 minutes walk up to the cable car. During the day in summer the bus runs about every 30 minutes. Please note after 1815 hrs the service changes to 1 every 1 1/2 hours. So if you are going into town in the evenings to eat you either time your visit to the bus schedule or like us walk down and catch the last bus back at 2115 hrs. Its no big deal once you know the bus schedule and arrange your plans accordingly. You might also be fine walking both ways. The bus stop is very close to the B&B.

Very nice sized and clean room with booth type table. Very nice ski storage area and heated boot rack. Convenient parking, super close to bus stop.

Pillows were lumpy and bedding was all synthetic material. The refrigerator didn't cool. Breakfast was a bit disappointing.

Location, comfortable and spotless clean

The place is very comfortable and super clean (spotless clean). We stayed in the bigger room since we were skiing for 10 days. Very nice space and view. The breakfast was delicious with lots of options and fresh bread in the morning. Babsy was very kind and helpful. If you are skiing the ski bus is just outside so it is a great quiet location with access. you can walk to town if you like the walk and there are restaurants and shops to check out.. You can also take the bus if you prefer. We will come back again

A perfect stay in a very well-kept guesthouse

the breakfast was very good (exceeding initial expectations) rooms are very clean and spacious good location between city center and Schmittenhohe cable car Babsy (the owner lady) is a very kind & careful person (Thank you !)

(not a real complaint): a bit far from Zell Am See center for day-by-day walking - but the bus (line 71 / stop close to the pension) is taking you there in just 3 minutes

Very clean and welcoming. Secure ski storage and boot room with heater rails. Good breakfast.

Superb

Babsy was a very friendly host. We felt very welcome the moment we step in. Situated in a nice road, with great view from the room. Breakfast was a feast! Babsy also let us store our baggage on the day we checked out, which we appreciate so much. That way we managed to have an extra, last day hike in this magnificent Zell am See. I would recommend!

While location is reachable by public transport, bus frequency is only every 30 mins and no services after 19:00 or so. It would also be nice to have toiletries provided (like shower gel, shampoo, etc).

Wonderful B&B location

Very nice and hospitable host, big and super clean apartment, great cozy location in the nature with mountain view, good Wi-Fi connection, I highly recommend it! Zell am See-Kaprun is an amazing area to explore-even on Summer :) -with breathtaking panoramic views and sensational hiking trails. The Zell am See-Kaprun Summer Card was really useful and the brochures provided were really helpful!

Delicious breakfast, comfortable, nice-designed room. The location is half way between the city centre and the starting point of the cable cars and both are in walking distance from the hotel. Summer card is included in the price.

Very good and convenient place to stay

The hostess is very nice and kind person. The hotel location is fantastic, as it's located in 1-2 minutes to skibus stop. The room was very clean and cozy. Highly recommend the place!

Breakfast was oke, but could be better. There was lack of warm food (only boiled eggs and hot tea/coffee), therefore I'd like to see a toaster and maybe a pan to prepare an omelette.

een geweldige skivakantie gehad

De locatie is prachtig en zeer geschikt voor wintersport. De bushalte is tegenover de accommodatie (waar je gratis mee kunt), dus je hoeft niet de heuvel op te lopen met de ski outfit op weg naar de skilift. Het centrum is een kwartiertje lopen (heuvel af), ook prima te doen! Het verblijf was voortreffelijk, zeer schoon en een ruime keuze bij het ontbijt. De gastvrouw was ook super gastvrij en lief. We komen graag een keer terug!
