The room views were breathtaking. And it was by far the most comfortable bed I have ever had in a hotel. It was heaven, honestly. The room was big, warm, bright during the day and dark at night. Perfection.
The jacuzzi wasn't very well maintained - one piece keeps coming out every time I used it - and to use the shower there was no curtain so the mess on the bathroom was important. I also find out there was not enough surfaces to put stuff on, and there was no kettle ( I really wanted a hot tea at night and it wasn't possible)

Gorgeous old building full of character and lovely amenities. The breakfast buffet was fantastic, especially with the lovely mountain/lake views.
The dinner menu could have had more vegetarian options. And the candle lit degustation dinner was even more limited, so much so we opted out.
