Modern hotel but not too helpful staff

Well equipped gym and have an outdoor pool, but the A/C of the gym out of order while the pool is closed (may be only open in Summer). The hotel is new and has laundry facilities.

I ask receptionists to open 1 of 4 locked doors between gym and pool for fresh air as the A/C of the gym is not functioning. All eventually say not possible, even though the first one says she may explore. Really cannot understand why, is the door the gate to hell? Also, the hotel is really far from train station.

Pool was great, nische on reception was exceptional at his job and very welcoming and friendly, reception were very helpful ordering taxis for us, Nathaniel at the bar was also excellent, drinks at the bar were lovely, lovely ambiance in the hotel, room was cleaned every day and they did a great job, would definitely stay in this hotel again, thank you

Excellent!

The staff was very polite. The room was big, new, spotless clean, and had a very nice balcony with view of the backyard. Breakfast had a large selection of both sweet and salty. I really enjoyed my stay there.

I liked how the hotel in general. The hotel has great facilities and the breakfast variety surprised me!

I didn’t like the cleanliness. I’m the kind of person that don’t like to complain. First, because I already worked as a housekeeper, and secondly, because I was traveling for a short period of time. Still, I really gotta learn to immediately complain! At the check-out, I mentioned about the issues for a next time, and they explained to me, that the hotel has an outsourcing company which does the cleaning. Still, even though an outsourcing company cleans the hotel, they must have an executive housekeeper to control the rooms and give them properly inspected to the reception.

Good location in Varese

Very comfortable hotel close to Varese center and to the horse track. Very beatiful modern hotel with interesting facilities and private parking. Very good breakfast and an open swimming pool.

Not too close to the city center and a little bit cold style. The swimmimg pool can’t be used after 19:00.

A nice place to accommodate

The rooms, facilities and Breakfast was good + , Staff was helpful, cleanliness was very good. It was a pity that we could not dine at the restaurant which was fully booked at that night

The location was a bit remote but was close to horse racing place which was quite a fun to be .

Nice hotel for the price we paid (around 90€). Fully equipped Conference Hotel with Restaurant (not used) and Bar. Free Underground Parking! Room was big and well equipped, Bathroom also nice.

Prices at the Bar were quite high but this is to be expected in a Conference Hotel.

The staff were very helpful and friendly, the room was clean, with a very large bed and with a very nice view on the mountain.

The variety and quality of the food served in the restaurant, especially an Italian restaurant, were a bit disappointing.

Bathroom excellent.

Very warm, no way of controlling heating other than opening the window. Decor very tired, needs a revamp. Breakfast meal just ok.

The hotel is modern, stylish and very elegant. Absolutely liked our stay. The food and the New Year’s Eve celebration was really great.
