Luxury overnight stay

Nice place for an overnight stay when traveling by car. Very comfortable, nice SPA, fitness room. Very friendly staff.

Restaurant is solely meat focused. Remote location surrounded by high-traffic roads. It’s a car driver’s choice.

breakfast was a bit poor. No fried eggs possible. One morning no butter. Staff very busy with smartfoon, so no attention for full tables after guests left....

Clean hotel close to the lake

The room was goed, clean with a nice shower . The bed was very hard for me. The wellness was good but small.

The breakfast was very simple . Also they on Sunday they had a “special dinner” for 30 euros pp. it was next the pool with a nice DJ, but the food was not good at all, a big disappointment.

Very nice place for relaxing! Beautiful pool, great spa side, friendly staff, nice breakfast, and spacious rooms. Also close to the beautiful Varese beach. Recommend!

Spectacular

Everything was perfect . The restaurant inside the hotel (Eat meet) was spectacular. ( Special thanks to all the guys and girls working there specially Miss Yara ). The spa was good .

Pleasant and easy

The staff are extremely accomodating and it was overall a comfortable peaceful stay in terms of the experience. You feel well taken-cared of and restful there.

The beds and pillows were quite stiff and honestly could be softer to compliment the comfort of the facility and relaxing view. The rooms could also use more flair in the decor

Lovely hotel with very nice spa

Air con was still noisy on lowest setting, and lock didn't work on the toilet in the spa. Lots of kids running around the hotel at 11pm when we were trying to get to sleep and staff didn't seem to do anything.

A convenient stopover, not suited for long stay

The spa facilities are above average

Not so neat, just average. We had to ask for a room change, as the smell was bad in the one we had booked. The outdoor pool was not clean enough. No minibar in the room needs some revamping and more attention to cleanliness (dirty moquette in the rooms area)

Pleasant stay at Lago Varese

Nice location with spa, pool and restaurant short distance from Lago Varese - in between Lago Maggiore and Lago Como. Hotel looks freshly renovated with parking in front of the rooms for the standard rooms and covered garage parking for the rooms with sea-view. Breakfast with 12 EUR p.p. well worth it. Nice spa included, in pre-season eventually no time-slot restrictions, which otherwise you would have to book upon arrival.

Varese itself was a less interesting place, but actually not so important - enough places to visit nearby.

Location is ok, but the hotel is next to the local zoo, meaning quite a lot of animal noises, which is fun for the first hour or so…

Relax and nice stay

The Spa is really nice, and the bedroom was big and had a beautiful view of the lake.

You need a car to move. The city centre is far away and you can't walk there. We couldn't find the bus so a taxi was always the only option to move...15€ each trip. Monday everything is closed in Italy so we really struggled to get food.
