Great place, staff, location.
Can be noisy at times as the walls are thin in places and the doors aren’t proofed against sound.

The staff was excellent, very accommodating with an early check in and arranging for a taxi pickup for us the next morning. The breakfast was okay and the location to the Villa Panza art museum was very good.
The hotel, was located on a busy street so it was not quiet.

clean, charming, breakfast staff was really nice and attentive
some parts are renovated (bathroom, amenities), some aren’t. most notably the windows. poor sealing that let cold air seep into the room in addition to make noise insulation non existent.
big red flag: a few hours after departing we realized that we left an item behind. when we called we were flat out told that it was impossible as the staff would have reported it. our fault for leaving something behind, but not for making it disappearing.
