Florence Dream Domus

Our stay at Florence Dream Domus was absolutely wonderful. The location is perfect—within walking distance of Florence’s main attractions, making it easy to explore the city’s beauty. The building itself is full of history and charm, giving our stay a truly authentic Florentine experience. Everything was spotless, comfortable, and thoughtfully prepared. As a lovely surprise, we even received a beautiful gift before check-out, which was such a kind and memorable touch. A very special thank you to Marly for her exceptional hospitality and care. She made us feel truly welcome and went above and beyond to ensure our stay was perfect. Thank you for making our time in Florence unforgettable. We highly recommend Dream Domus Florence and will definitely return on our next visit to this beautiful city.

The room was pretty and the location was good. The lady helping us out was super kind. There are stairs but if you have someone helping you out it’s okay. The bathroom was clean and spacious. There are multiple locks which we appreciated. I recommend going to the Simbiosi restaurants right next door for breakfast or dinner.

Location. Very clean. Staff very responsive to messages. Shower was great and the toiletries were appreciated Cold water and teas and biscuits available was so nice.

Unfortunately the overpowering floral fragrances set off my allergies. Google maps is not accurate so more specific instructions would be so more helpful. If you go see the Coop supermarket opposite and snack bar next door you are in the right spot.

What is most valuable is the location of the building itself, which is located in the city center, in the immediate vicinity of all attractions, many restaurants, bars, shopping.

What I don't like are the very small bathrooms, with miniature shower cubicles, which make it very difficult to take a shower. The mattresses on the beds are very hard, so we didn't get much sleep. They are as hard as if we were in China. You can hear everything through the partition walls between the rooms. In the morning, when someone starts taking a shower in the next room, everyone wakes up because the noise is too loud. When the toilet flushes, the noise wakes up people in the next rooms.
