    The location was perfect next to Cathedral Duomo and Academia and very safe. When we checked in we asked to be moved to another room because the AC was not cold enough and they accommodated our request and moved us to a bigger room. The room and restroom was recently renovated and the room was big. The breakfast was great and the staff very friendly with all of our requests. The only downside is there is no elevator and you have to walk up 3 flights of stairs with your luggage but I understand all of the guest houses don’t have elevator’s.
