The manager Stefano went above and beyond and made our stay terrific. The aircon was a must, especially as our stay was in the heatwave!

The property was near the city center and easy to access all the things. The man who checked us in was very knowledgeable and gave us a map with suggestions for things to do and see. It was very clean and it had air conditioning which was so necessary during the heat wave.

The steps but thankfully we only had to go up one flight.

The bed is amazing. The darkness to sleep gives you a full recovery to continue your vacation!

Host Stephano was excellent. Knowledgeable and helpful. Ask for food and dining recommendations and you won't be disappointed. The location is minutes from the historical center of Florence and its attractions, but without the crowds. The rooms are a good value. Note that there is no elevator to the second floor location. Stephano assists with luggage, but you need to be able to climb stairs. Breakfast at the Twisty Bistro across the street provides a wonderful immersion into the local culture; it was fun to drink coffee, eat a croissant, and watch the local regulars come in every morning and chat with each other and the barista... Italian gestures and conversations at their best!
