The property is very convenient for access to the central region of Florence. Restaurants, shopping and tourist attractant buildings are readily available and it's close to the main train station. The staff was very friendly and helpful. I left too early to have breakfast so I cannot comment on this aspect. Rooms are simple but clean and functional. The main drawback is you have to walk up 2 flights of stairs to access the hotel,

Pros: Very clean; friendly staff; options for luggage storage pre/post check in. Air conditioned!!
Cons: Didn’t love the 50 steps up to the check in, or the lack of assistance getting suitcases up or down! Because of the narrow streets, you also need to wheel your bags to and from the train station as it’s not cab friendly. The rooms, and especially the bathrooms, are very small. Breakfast underwhelming.

Front desk staff was incredibly informative and friendly. The hotel was clean and quiet and located in a central area. Be prepared to climb three flights of narrow stairs to the hotel.
