Great bathroom, comfortable bed, good air conditioning (especially during a heat wave). Fridge and all other helpful amenities. Exceptionally helpful host who even responded to my messages (very) late at night!
Minor issues with the showerhead, but honestly the only thing. Perhaps an overzealous, automatic, bathroom hallway light? I never checked if I could turn it off. Otherwise fantastic, and would return without question.

The properly was very new and fresh and walkable to all sites!
Being in the heart of the city it was a little busy, but that is what makes it a great location .

Our stay was absolutely perfect! Pierpaolo was incredibly attentive, kind, and helpful throughout our stay, making us feel truly welcome from the moment we arrived. The room was extremely comfortable, spotless, and very well maintained. The location is perfect, allowing you to do absolutely everything on foot. We would definitely recommend it to anyone visiting Firenze. We will certainly recommend it to our family and friends, and we would be delighted to stay here again on our next trip!
