Beautiful property in a beautiful location. Very central for exploring the Loch Ness area. Property was incredibly comfortable and well equipped - a real home from home. As we stayed of Christmas the personal festive touches meant a lot!

Unbeatable

We liked everything and enjoyed every minute we were there. The hosts met us and were very welcoming and friendly. We loved watching the birds feed and seeing red squirrels. Fantastic location. Great facilities. We hope to visit again.

Peace and quiet near Loch Ness

Our hosts greeted us as we arrived. Very friendly and willing to pass on local sights. Interested in our journey through the UK. The unit was very comfortable and warm.

The child lock on the induction hot plate/hob did fool us adults for some time before we managed to cook our meal. Really not an issue.

Welcoming, early check in allowed, great place to relax after a walk and look at the birds

The location, a couple of minutes from Invermoriston shops/restaurant. The bed was large and comfortable, the shower was great and the appartment had everything you need. She we could only stay one night.

An absolutely wonderful place. So well kept and large & spacious. A fully equipped kitchen topped by amazing hospitality. And to see the birds and squirrels from the window in the morning - simply perfect.

It can get a bit stuffy with just the heater on. A small fan always helps with circulation.

Perfect place for exploring Loch Ness

Nicky and Richard were friendly, helpful and welcoming, making us instantly feel at home. Our accommodation itself was exactly what we needed for a pitstop whilst exploring Loch Ness and the surrounding areas, in the perfect location. The kitchen facilities were great. The bed was so comfortable! And I enjoyed my morning coffee with a view of the birds on one of the many feeders. Sadly I didn't see a red squirrel! It's a shame we only stayed one night.

It was everything we were expecting and more so no real cons! The only really minor thing was not having the usual power sockets next to the bed.

A short but sweet stay in a cosy studio apartment

While we were only at the studio for one night, we enjoyed a lovely stay. We were met at the property by the lovely hosts Barry and Em who made sure we had everything we needed and gave us suggestions for things to do and places to eat. The studio was well-equipped with a kitchenette and spacious bathroom. The best thing about our stay was the wildlife and the feeding table directly outside our window allowing us to watch the red squirrels and various birds come and go. It was such a treat. The local area is beautiful and we enjoyed a lovely evening stroll - watch out for the midgies, though! We really enjoyed our stay and can't fault the property or our hosts. Recommended.

A very warm comfortable stay which I would highly recommend to anyone that plans a trip in this area.

The location and the cleanliness of it.. it was spacious and so comfortable.. it had exceeded my expectations backed up with the warmest of welcomes from the hosts.. Barry and M. If I ever return to this area I would want to stay again at this property.

I could not find a fault . I stayed in the top level studio and possibly if one had mobility issues that might be a problem but there is a further 2 apartment below which I am sure are as nice as the one I stayed in .

Great location for nature lovers.

Quiet location with birds and red squirrels on the property. Great views of the wildlife from the room window. Only 3 rooms on the property so it was quiet. Kitchen was well equipped. Walking distance to the small town. Don't miss the old stone bridge.

Beautiful, well-equipped property with helpful host, spotless comfort, and super close to Ft Agustus

This property is stunning and exceptionally well-equipped, offering a spotless and comfortable space with everything we needed. Barry was fantastic and offered great local tips. It’s just a short walk to town for a bite, or a 10-minute drive to Fort Augustus for gas, dining, Loch Ness cruises, and souvenirs.

Delightful, comfortable studio with excellent facilities.

A very enjoyable stay and would highly recommend it to other travellers

Barry greeted us on arrival and even offered to help us with our luggage. He showed us round and told us everything we needed to know. The apartment was exceptionally clean and well appointed. We absolutely loved the outlook into the beautiful garden and were delighted to see red squirrels and numerous species of birds including a woodpecker. We only stayed for one night but would have loved to stay longer.

An amazing experience throughout - right next to Loch Ness!

An amazing experience throughout our stay. Barry and Em were fantastic hosts in every respect. Any time we contacted them via the messaging app, they always promptly replied and gave us valuable information about whatever we asked. The house was very spacious, clean, equipped with everything we needed. It is situated on a hillside, no traffic at all, very very quiet. Wildlife like the rare red squirrel is around. It is next to a 200 year old stone bridge, and very close to Loch Ness. Plenty of opportunities to hike around the area. We stayed there for 3 nights, and feel that we could not have booked a better place. We will return.
