Exceptional

The whole place is amazing ,Not talking about Fort Augustus. A monastery with lovely grounds where you can have a lovely break ( Holiday.) and lovely self catering rooms. " I have to give a Big congratulations on the staff's service,especially Mike the guy who was getting us to our room, we went to the wrong place and Mike came and found us and escorted to where we were staying ( Thank you Mike.)

Very nice after a disappointing start.

The location is beautiful as is the Highland club Abbey and the facilities are great. The apartment nice, but looking a little tired

No one there to meet us. When we did find someone we were told they didn’t have our booking and blamed Booking.com. Rather than making up for this fact, we felt unwelcome, we were told our apartment might not be ready and were not shown the facilities on site, but instead were left to our own devices, to find things. No welcome pack of any sort despite this being advertised on the site app. Not even milk so we could make a drink after the long wait on checking in. The management company, or at least the person that dealt with us needs to work on their customer service skills. We saw several other people being welcomed and shown around by different personnel, seems they had a totally different experience to ours!

easy location and access to everything. apartments were nicely furnished and comfortable.

windows wouldn’t open properly so the apartment got quite stuffy. Wardrobe bangs on beside table every time you open it as not enough space. extractor fan in bathroom didn’t seem to work and as no window in the bathroom just added to the lack of ventilation in the apartment.
