Great apartment everything we needed

Absolutely fabulous place everything was accommodated for

The location was superb and I took many beutiful pictures of Loch Ness and painted several small watercolours during my stay. I was able to return the hospitality of a very dear school friend in style and comfort, which was perfect. We had dinner at the Boathouse most nights and enjoyed the food and fabulous views. The seclusion away from the busy tourist area was deeply appreciated. We were each so comfortable in our rooms and enjoyed the spaciousness of the living and dining room with its fabulous views.
The open shower in the guest bedroom was a problem for my friend. She was concerned about the wet floor.
The TV was a bit too sophisticated for us, and for two of the staff who tried to set it up for us. Hannah finally worked it out, and we were able to watch the LG channels, but probably needed a manual or cheat sheet to find BBC and STV in the evenings. TV was important on very wet days and in the evenings. None of the above were deal breakers, and for two 70 year old schoolgirls, having a reunion, we could still play St Trinians and have fun.

The outside of the building was impressive and the location and view spectacular
The accomodation section needs an uplift. Stairwells are tatty. Freezer section of fridge was iced up with old food in it. Bathroom tub was very deep and should have some kind of hold bar for safety. Really not 4 star.
