Loved the location, facilities and the staff. Really liked that we had a fridge stocked with a small bottle of milk for tea/coffee and a bottle of water.

Lovely people working at Bertram’s, friendly, helpful, knowledgeable. Very well appointed, comfortable, really clean and everything we needed. Quite hot but I think everywhere is at the moment.
