Absolutely fabulous! Spotlessly clean, excellent breakfast, welcoming and friendly hosts. This is definitely the best B&B we have ever used.
The bedroom and communal rooms beautifully decorated and a wonderful garden with outdoor seating. The location was just what we wanted - peaceful but only a short walk into the village centre, shops, restaurants etc.

Amazing early 1900s property with stunning garden. Hosts make sure you feel at home and rooms are very elegant and comfortable. Best breakfast we had on our driving trip so far. Close to Warkworth village pubs and restaurants, lake walk and castle. Highly recommend for short or longer stay in Northumberland coast.

It is rare to find such a well presented and loved property, not just the house but also the garden. The decor in every room was superb, showing the owner has a keen eye for style and colours. The welcome was warm and genuine and we were quickly made to feel comfortable and individual; this extended to the superb extensive and freshly prepared breakfast.
I have nothing negative to say.
