Location, friendly & helpful staff.
We paid £360 for one night/two rooms. For this price I felt that bedroom 4 and the communal areas to the bedrooms very shabby. The upholstery on my bed was dirty and could have been improved. With some vanish and elbow grease. The sink was cracked and although I’m only 5’4” and 10 stone, I struggled to fit in the shower. The stair carpet, walls and doorways needed smartening up. Generally, for the price, quite shabby.
