Breakfast was more than adequate. Location was absolutely fantastic 👌.
Stairs where a problem for us oldies. But maybe not a bother to a younger generation 🤔

The accommodation was in a great location, within easy walking distance of everything in Arnwick. There was no parking at the pub, but there was free parking very nearby. The staff were very helpful and friendly, and the breakfast was plentiful.
The walls in the bedrooms were quite thin, if you are a light sleeper like me you may be woken by small children in adjacent rooms.

The staff were amazing! Bed was comfortable and the bathroom was amazing. The food was good.
I’m afraid the Harry Potter theme wasn’t for us, but my daughter would have loved it.

Great location and a gorgeous building, the restaurant area is decorated very well. Staff were very helpful and attentive can’t fault the staff at all.
We’ve stayed here before it was part of the greene king group and feel it has gone downhill since. We had to switch rooms due to cleanliness levels, staff couldn’t have been more helpful regarding this, and the menu was lacking. The food itself whilst tasty was a bit of a let down it was just standard pub grub not like it used to be.
