Fairfield house was well situated close to Warkworth and the beach. The hosts were excellent, very attentive with lovely little touches like freshly made cakes left each day and nothing was too much trouble. Fabulous breakfasts. Highly recommend.

Mandy rang us to ask what time we would expect to be there on the day, then met us as we parked up. Mandy was very friendly and warm. There were fresh cakes and coffee/tea when you are in the reception, you help yourself. Everything was spotless. The room was amazing, under floor heating in the bathroom was a treat. The bed was so comfy. The breakfast was perfect, the french toast was epic, you won't need lunch, the portion was a great size. I would recommend the home made granola, delicious. All the staff were friendly, her grandchild at breakfast was really helpful, I swear she was the boss really. Couldn't fault the place, great location.

The house and garden are beautiful and spacious.
The care given by Amanda the owner was excellent, from the friendly personal greeting, to the use of the house and the grounds not just the room, to the daily cake treats, to the amazing breakfasts and fab location, just a short walk to the town and the beach made it an excellent place to stay.

Excellent in every aspect. Mandy and Kevin the owners excellent hosts. It was a pleasure to spend time in this lovely tasteful accommodation wth the most beautiful garden in which you could spend time. The breakfasts were amazing beautifully presented and nothing was a problem for these very knowledgeable hosts.
