The location was bang in the middle of Alnwick with good public transport connections
The shower pressure was poor and was not consistent when adjusting .

The room was big and bed was comfortable.
The stairs to the apartment were outside and a metal fire escape very open. It never mentioned that on the booking site. If it rained you would get soaken Snow would be worse. Very very disappointed with that. If I'd known I wouldn't of booked I have trouble with stairs anyway but these are a different matter.

1) Location for Alnwick and the castle was great.
2) Bed was a large and comfortable.
3) Staff were pleasant.
4) Price was reasonable.
1) Access/egress to the room was via a narrow steel fire escape to the 1st floor where the room was.
2) The area at the bottom of the stairs was full of litter including a sanatory pad. Not very welcoming.
3) Electric shower was difficult to use and possible needed replacing. This had been mention by a previous person in the visiting book. Saying this, there was a bath which we used instead.
