The shared facilities were excellent and when we were there they were very quiet. Breakfast was available and the view of sunset from the living room after a few drinks with friends at Radcliffes bar was perfect.

Couldn't believe how lovely this place was! My daughter, my 6 year old Grandson and myself stayed for 2 nights. The family room is perfect, spacious, spotless, and the view over the harbour towards Warkworth Castle is amazing! The communal kitchen and lounge is second to none and the place is so peaceful and quiet. My Granson didn't want to leave. We all loved it!

Check in was efficient, room and common room modern. Bike storage
Hot, beds are enclosed and not long enough for tall people, water from bathroom tap is warm. Room light.
