I definitely won't come again.😞

I can't say what I liked. Maybe the tasty food, but not much variety.. Maybe it was just the clean bed linen. Beautiful and interesting old town.

And at breakfast, I ordered one thing and got something else. Mold on the bathroom ceiling. Spider webs in the room. Dirty mattress, without any protection. Everything overrated. The spa with limited hours, from 11 to 18, but to use it you had to announce it an hour in advance.

Place to relax and enjoy nature.

The location of the hotel is at very quiet and beautiful area. The staff are polite and very attentive. The room and the bathroom were exceptionally clean! If you want a calm stay this is the place. There is a children area too.

I think they should improve the quality of the food they serve. A better chef can boost the experience at the hotel and the whole beautiful roundabouts much more therefore have even happier customers.

Not bad, not great either

The food was amazing, especially the paid menu. There was not too much of a choice, but everything tasted so good. The staff was friendly and nice.

If you plan to sleep, that's not the right place. There were too many families with small children who used to cry and scream until midnight or even later. For the 2 nights I spent there, I could hardly fall asleep.

Pleasant

The room had new furniture and was clean. The pool was of good size. The hotel has its own parking and there was also more space to park in front of it. The staff was polite. You can have a nice walk around the lake nearby.

The room was not soundproofed at all, so you could hear everything that was happening in the hotel at all times, making it difficult to relax and, sometimes, sleep. For the whole week we were there the room was cleaned only once and the breakfast was very poor - we expected much more for the price of the hotel. There are no mosquito nets on the windows.

Pleasant hotel in a good location, lovely view and friendly staff.

The location was very nice, our family studio had a lovely view of the lake. The staff were very friendly, parking was easy and while the location felt remote it actually doesn't take too long to walk to the centre of Tryavna.

The only thing I didn't like was the "wet bathroom" - where there is no shower cubicle so when you have a shower the entire bathroom floor becomes wet, which is unpleasant, unhealthy and dangerous. Once one person has a shower, the bathroom becomes like a swimming pool for anyone else who wants to use it next, even if only to clean your teeth at the hand basin or use the toilet, the whole floor is wet and takes hours to dry. It is a terrible and impractical cheap design that sadly is common throughout Bulgaria, frankly it should be made illegal to allow new buildings to skimp on cost doing this.

Relaxing break. Facilities good for families with young children.

The quiet situation and restaurant overlooking the lake. The swimming pool is lovely, with a great view and the staff very informal and friendly. The railway station and delightful town are a short walk away.

A failed weekend

The hotel is on the outskirts of the city, far away from the historically beautiful center. The building is in poor condition, unmaintained, the staff is missing when you need it, the beds are terribly hard, the pillows are very high and uncomfortable. The photos as well as the rating of this hotel are quite misleading. Bad service. Have in mind.

At least the rooms and the bathroom are clean. The location is quiet and peaceful.

Close to a lake for fishing. Comfortable beds, still renovating but didn't bother us at all. Good food in the restaurant. Free parking. Lovely pool area. Very laid back hotel.

*Апартамента беше голям с достатъчно място, спокойно могат да спят 5-6 човека. *Персоналът беше любезен и усмихнат. *Басейна чист и поддържан

*Проблем с кухнята и храната, бавят се, в ресторанта, бяхме не повече от 25 човека, 3 ястия -60 минути.(едно от които си беше част от вечерята) *Липса на асансьор, ако сте с инвалид или инвалидната количка, не е удобно *твърде много мухи в ресторанта
