Lovely hostel & spacious, great location to access Perth & the A9

Very clean and spacious, loved the balcony and the children loved having their own bedrooms for the night! Views were lovely too.

I hadn’t put enough thought into booking and checking access, two flights of stairs was tough on my Hubbie (copd)but this was Absoloutely my fault not the hostels, I should have asked on booking. He managed though as we just were staying one night.

It's good for the money

It was cheap, good for just a bed for the night while passing through. Decent kitchen to use.

The emergency lighting has a very bright green light in it that indicates it's working. This stays on all night, it's like having a green night light on. I was very tempted to disconnect the light from the wiring. It's no wonder students can't sleep.

Certainly value for money although a few tweaks would make a huge difference

A good set up for budget accommodation. It has been many years since I have stayed at youth hostel sites. You did exceed my expectations. I did not use the kitchen facilities so cannot comment. My only issue was the “fire exit”? lighting in the bedroom which was extremely bright and I needed to keep the wardrobe door open in order to soften the glare. I presume a necessity but must it be so intrusive?

quiet place and friendly staff

This is a student apartment located in a quiet area. It features spacious common areas and is surrounded by plenty of greenery.

There was a problem with the shower in the room, but the staff responded promptly and provided an effective alternative. However, the sound insulation between floors is not very good, and noises from the upstairs neighbors are quite noticeable.

Fantastic stay over

What a lovely place to stay, great location, freandly staff and so helpful, nice room with a very clean en suite, cumfy bed and a work station / table in the room also, kitchen facilities are available, cooker, microwave, kettle, toaster and there's evan an iron, just like home really, Plenty of space to park your car for free, It's a nice 15/20 min walk into town or there's a bus stop at the entrance to the college, really good accommodation at a fantastic price, definitely recommend this place.

Great location,but noisy and uncomfortable. Good for a couple of nights.

Great central location; nice shared kitchen.

Bathroom is VERY small; uncomfortable beds. I realize it’s a dorm room. People above walking around at all hours. Seems to attract construction workers who get up early with heavy boots. There was no TV, which I guess I should have realized for a dorm room.

Clean room and they have laundry facilities which I really liked very helpful when travelling Staff very helpful Nice location as quiet and large car park Please bring your own towel though as they do charge 3.00 a towel payable by cash. Cleanliness and comfort was really good so housekeeping do a good job Building is secure via a fob key so to get to the bedroom you have to go via two doors with the fob and bedroom has a key, very safe

Mybe please keep some 10ps for the washing machine and tumble dryer at reception and spare change Washing Machine costs 3.10 a wash and 1.90 for the tumble dryer cycle but does not give change and reception do not have change to give. Can not pay by contactless

Comfortable Stay, Great Value.

This modern residence hall was a great place for our one-night stay. Two single beds, a small bathroom, and a kitchen just steps away. Basic, but comfortable and convenient, and certainly a great value. The reception staff were friendly helpful. By the way, the new Perth Museum with the Stone of Destiny is worth a visit, and the lush Branklyn Garden is a lesser-known treasure.

When we arrived the bungalow was dirty,dirty plates and cups in sink,the bathroom had a razor left and the bath was very dirty,the television didn’t work,we brought this to the attendant he’s said there was nothing he could do,his name was Noel

It was very good value for money. The staff were nice and helpful. The kitchen and balcony area is nice.

There is a bright green security light in the bedroom light that can't be turned off. It is far too bright, keeps the room too bright even when the light is off. I have never seen such a bright light in a hostel or hotel room before.
