- Amazing views of Mt Fuji (weather permitting) and Kawaguchi lake - Dinner served in the room was delicious and an unforgettable experience - Hot bath facility was very refreshing - Great breakfast - Hotel offers pickup and transportation to nearby train station

Nothing really, only thing to mention is that the hotel is on the other side of Kawaguchi lake than the town, so there are not a lot of things to do within walking distance (didn't matter for us as everything is available at the hotel)

The highlight was waking up to a surreal view of Mt Fuji with reflections upon Lake Kawaguchi from our room window! Even during the night, you can catch a glimpse of the snow covered peak of Mt Fuji. Room was spacious, traditional tatami style with comfortable futon beddings. Japanese dinner was served in room - delicious! Breakfast was semi buffet style served at the hotel restaurant, a fusion of japanese and english breakfast. Onsen for hotel guests had both indoor and outdoor pools. Another enjoyable experience just a minute away from the hotel you can take a scenic scroll along the lake with unobstructed views of Mt Fuji, cafes where you can chill and just soak in the view.

Everything! Our 3 night stay here was the highlight of our Japan trip. The view- spectacular. best place to watch sunrise and sunset with mt Fuji in the back group Buffet breakfast and inclusive kaiseki dinner- Amazing, tasty, and a different menu each night. you will be surprised and thoroughly satisfied each night Staff- professional, friendly and goes out of their way to make you stay comfortable Convenient shuttle to transport you around Did I mention there’s an onsen with mt Fuji view too? 15/10 experience! We will definitely be back!

Fantastic breakfast and good service

Cleanliness of the room. Toilet amenities - toothpaste from last guest still in the room and not cleaned. Room smells very mouldy. They should also improve cleanliness of onsen
