房間內部非常乾淨且寬敞，整體住起來相當舒適。客廳的沙發非常舒服，餐桌上還擺放了精緻的餐具，可以感受到業主在細節上的用心。
停車位就在門口，即使遇到下雨天，上下車及搬運行李也非常方便。
房內共有兩間廁所及兩間浴室，對多人一起入住來說非常方便，不需要花太多時間等待。
另外，業主透過 Booking.com 回覆訊息非常迅速，說明也很清楚明確，整個入住與溝通過程都很順利。
整體而言，是一間乾淨、寬敞、舒適且適合多人入住的住宿。
住宿由 3 間 Villa 相連而成，隔音效果比較普通，入住期間可以清楚聽到隔壁房客唱卡拉 OK 及交談的聲音。若比較在意安靜的住宿環境，這一點需要特別留意。
另外，住宿地點相對偏僻，附近沒有便利商店，建議入住前先準備好飲料、零食及其他需要的用品。

お部屋は清潔で、広く。
トイレ二箇所とシャワー二箇所あり、大人数での宿泊の為、とても良かったです。
宿泊施設の近くの道が、思ったより狭かった。

Tutto molto moderno, doppi banhi e doppi servizi (ideale e raro per gruppi grandi). Su tre piani, includendo un terrazzetto da cui è possibile vedere Monte Fuji. Cucina molto comoda e ben servita, con un bel tavolo dove una famiglia si può davvero sentire a casa (come siamo abituati in Italia). Parcheggio frontale individuale.
Le scale sono molto ripide e difficili da affrontare con bagagli.

Locatie, uitzicht op mount fuji, netheid. Woonkamer en keuken prima.
Slaapkamers te vol met bedden, niet sfeervol.
