房屋设施比较新，在特定时间有员工接待。在河口湖北岸注重出片的话，必选之地。另外，可以泡澡，有一个比较大的池子。
有两个独立的卫生间，但淋浴间+泡澡间只有一个，再多一个淋浴间就比较理想了。
