During our trip, I accidentally left my watch behind, and the team not only took care of it but even sent it on to my next hotel in Japan. What an incredible support! And as if that wasn’t enough, you also found Ishita-san (the stag beetle) again when he went missing. Your attentiveness, dedication, and genuine kindness are truly exceptional. It is immediately clear that you don’t simply do your jobs — you genuinely care about your guests and go far above and beyond what anyone could expect. It is these small and big gestures that make a stay truly unforgettable. Thank you so, so much to the entire team! You are a wonderful example of Japanese hospitality and service at the very highest level.
