Overall good - some efforts to do on the room cleanliness. Add dumbbells in the gym, quite empty.

Room were not fully cleaned. Bed sheets were not changed, same stain remained 2 days on a row despite complain. Bad smell in bathroom.

Looks good but when you really look it let you down as the price is high…

Staff, style of decoration, comfort of the room

Some little things are so disappointing. The plug in the bathroom is not aligned with the tiles which looks like a cheap hotel. The hand gel is miles away from the tap. The TV is on the side of the bed which makes it really uncomfortable to watch.

The staff assisted greatly with helping us find our way around as it was our first time in Paris

The room was very clean and perfect for our stay. The breakfast was great, everything was well stocked and tasty.

We ate a meal at the hotel after a long day - the restaurant was closed because an employee was retiring and there was a staff function. It was unfortunate that paying customers were not informed of this ahead of time and the food was substandard.

Very nice place to stay if you need to live nearby Boulogne. I had a concert nearby, so I’ve chosen this hotel. But if you need to visit center of Paris it’s rather far. We had a nice room with terrace. The bed is super comfortable. Breakfast is rather good.

Spectacular experience in the perfect location in Boulogne-Billancourt , amazing parc view, friendly staff specially, Rania, Paul, and Julia and Nico , the rooms are spacious, very friendly room, cleaning stuff I leave the room for them and they keep it tidy and clean and safe, good prices compared to Paris

On my arrival I didn’t like that. I booked deluxe King room and didn’t get it. They said it’s occupied and I was shocked why I was charged for a room and get a downgrade one instead of an upgrade and then they fixed it, but I hope this never happens again because I wasted like two hours waiting for the room to be ready But at the end they gave me a very good room with a nice view and spacious and it’s a garden view which I have requested earlier . Also, another very important thing the hotel don’t have room service And I remember that Rania once got me my breakfast in my room as a very sweet Service from her because I told her I’m tired I couldn’t come down for the breakfast. In my opinion, I think a room service is a must in hotels.

I represent the Georgian travel company Ethno Tour. For our group of 10 people, we booked 5 hotel rooms and paid in full for accommodation from April 8 to April 11 in a hotel located near the PSG stadium in Paris. Unfortunately, a very serious incident occurred — the group was denied entry to the hotel, and all 10 people were relocated to a different hotel far outside of Paris, where the room rates are significantly lower than what we originally paid. Due to this change of hotel: • We missed the Moulin Rouge show, which caused us a financial loss. • In addition, our transportation costs increased, as the new hotel was no longer in Paris but far away from the city. As of today, we are initiating legal action due to what we consider an act of fraud committed by the hotel. We would also like to note that the hotel in question is a member of the Marriott Bonvoy network.

One of the best 4-star hotels in / near Paris I have ever stayed at. It has really been transformed since its refurbishment. Excellent quality bedrooms and bathrooms. Also very nice and helpful staff. I fully recommend this hotel!

Stayed for Lollapalooza

It is quite close to the Hippodrome where we attended concerts. Also, the area seems quite calm and safe, you can find many restaurants in the area.

Both mornings, there was no breakfast at the opening time. On the first day the kitchen was locked, on the second day it was open and coffee and juice was available, but no bread, hot food etc

Nice hotel and lovely staff.

unfortunately, all days of my stay the hotel air condition system didn’t work , but weather was really summer hot. I was not warned in advance that the air conditioning didn’t work, and I found out about it after my card had been charged for my stay at the hotel like big surprise. It would have been the right decision for the hotel management to give a discount on the accommodation due to the inability to provide comfort in the rooms but not.

Nice and functional hotel in central Paris, no views

it is walking distance of the Park des Princes and close to two metro stations . Room was clean and comfortable, amenities minimal and kind of mismatched and incomplete. The 4th and 5th floor were under construction. Breakfast very nice and complete.

Wonderful and relaxing experience

Needed a comfy stay near Parc des Princes stadium and glad I came here, it's a good 15mins walk away, lots of shops to wander around, room was lovely, breakfast really good and staff are very friendly
