Cosy stay in a very nice neighbourhood.

It was in a very nice neighbourhood. Clean and calm, very close to the Corbusier.

Traveling around often takes a while. We needed to take an Uber a few times to not have to travel + 1h by public transport. The utensils (forks, knives, spoons) in the appartement were not very clean.

C'est Magnifique!!

Emmanuel is a very nice host! We felt extremely welcome. The area is very quaint, we felt very safe, it is a great reprieve from the chaos of the Paris center! You are a short walk from the metro, it is very easy to get to Eiffel Tower, Arch de Triumph, all the hotspots...Don't hesitate another minute , book here to stay

Nice house and location but bring everything you need other than bed.

Lovely and quiet neighbourhood, the flat looks nice and rustic. There is a nice little garden in front of the house where you can have a coffee in the morning.

There were a lot of missing stuff, for example we had to ask for a fan, there were just leftovers of soap after previous guests, the bathtub has not been cleaned properly and a lot of dust in the kitchen.

Wonderful stay, well located in beautiful quiet Boulogne. Cute apartment with kitchen. For friends vs a couple you might ask for a 2nd key if you decide to do different things on a day just there’s flexibility in getting in.

Great for roland garros

Location to roland garros was exceptional. Emmanual was very tentative.

Very basic facilities for the price. The sheets were not fresh and there was still rubbish in the bin from previous guest.

Pleasant

The flat is in a nice quiet area, there are nice places were you can by food, and a convenient metro nearby. Unfortunately there are not many amenities in the accommodation, the sheet was torn and it was not very clean. But the owner was nice and punctual.

Nice comfortable stay

Nice clean studio, near to a lively area but calm and safe (I particularly liked that the property was near to schools and nurseries so that I could hear a lot of children’s voice in the morning and in the evening). The garden was small but cute. Very near to the Bois de Boulogne and we could enjoy walking around the park. The owner asks the guests to the shoes off at the entrance so I could feel that the floor was clean.

It’s a bit far from the Paris city centre So it takes time to go to some touristic places. for me it was OK but anybody who wants to stay at a shiny, brand-new Place, this apartment is not for you.

My daughter stayed a few nights just as she was starting a new job in the area. Clemence was an exceptional, caring host. I would now like to visit and stay at the apartment some day.

La situación (8 minutos de la parada de metro)

Casi todo, es un apartamento con muchas posibilidades, pero no está conservado, en las fotos parece una cosa, pero la realidad es otra. Cama muy pequeña e incomoda, el resto mini cocina y baño le falta mucho para decir bien. Haría falta una renovación importante.

C'était très sale,limite insalubre,ça ne correspondez en aucun cas aux photos de votre site ,une forte odeur de cigarettes alors qu'il y a un panneau indiquant non fumeur

Tout , ce qui dommage avec Booking c'est que vous ne contrôler pas les logement que vous mettez en location,et je n'arrive pas à comprendre la note de ce logement

L’emplacement. Bon chauffage.

Les chambres ne donnent pas sur jardin, mais sur rue. Kitchenette vieillotte et sous-équipée. Chaises métalliques inconfortables. Fenêtre difficile à fermer. Vitres sales. À rénover !

Chambre lamentablement vieillotte, pas de chauffage, pas de télévision, pas d’information concernant la présence ou non de wifi. Horaires de Check-in contraignants: on est obligé de faire un aller-retour rien que pour avoir la clé qui servira le soir.

Sfeervol en karakteristiek

Niet echt schoon, matige bedden, toilet die slecht doorspoelt (vervelend wanneer je met 4 personen bent) en geen warm water. Bleek achteraf via reset boiler gemakkelijk op te lossen, maar bij douchen laat op avond en in vroege ochtend geen communicatie daarover gezocht met eigenaar.

La cortesia di Emanuelle che ci ha accolto al check in, la posizione della casa rispetto a molti servizi e l'appartamento stesso dotato di ogni confort. Se tornerò a Parigi sappiamo già dove andare. Davvero consigliato.

Appartement très chaleureux et bien équipé avec un bon style. Emmanuel accueil au top répond à toutes nos interrogations et toujours disponible. Idéalement placé à moins du 10min à pied du parc des princes. Je recommande vraiment pour les soir de match.
