Everything is very good as always. I would say that breakfast is one of the best in Paris. Unusual and modern hotel. We stay a lot here. Lovely area around.

Centred around the fantastic pools, Hotel Molitor was such an amazing place. We loved the way history of the facility was embraced, the pride of all the hotel team and the general ambience. This has been a bucket list for my wife and I for many years and our stay exceeded expectations. Will we come again- yes, for sure!
Very difficult to improve on the facility and the service provided. The roof top bar being open would have been great; there are plenty in the world that stay open in the autumn and winter months, and a view from the top would have been great, I'm sure!

Ambience and location was good
No bar or restaurant on a Sunday evening was weird

The staff was super nice. The bed really good.
The pool was a bit crowed (like the club med when people book seats next to the pool early in the morning)
During that time of the year, and especially with the inside pool being closed, you should not reserve one swim lane for swimming lessons
the room a bit small and I personally enjoy a tub not a shower
The hairdryer was really cheap and not to the hotel standard

We stayed there the week before and was fantastic. Rooms were great, Staff amazing and facilities excellent.
This time one of the rooms was very poor. There was an awful smell from the start and also the slot for the key card which makes the lights work etc was broken. The staff tried to fix it when we asked and it worked for a bit but broke again during the night. The smell stayed throughout. When I mentioned to reception at checkout, was told just to ensure we mention it on feedback form. Disappointing considering everything was excellent when we stayed there the week before.

The room was excellent, very comfortable
Service was very bad. When we arrived the receptionist walked away with no notice. We had to wait a long time till we could check in. The lady at the front desk looked stressed and didn’t welcome us, we received no explanation for the wellness, restaurant and pool options. Service at the resto bar was also bad, tables were dirty and we had to ask if someone could help us. For this price you expect great service. Also the wellness was disappointing, with only one small sauna cabin. It seemed like the costs of the property are too high, so there’s no investment staff?

The historic building, the beautiful pool areas and the pool art gallery, the breakfast and reception staff❤️
The staff at the roof top hotel were snotty and slow.
The room service food was below mediocre (a boring poké bowl served with old bread on the side)

Breakfast was superb! We tried a lot of different items on the breakfast menu and all were delicious. The pool was beautiful for swimming and plenty of room for everyone. The rooftop restaurant was a lovely way to complete the day with excellent service and food.
We have no complaints.

Amazing pool, beautiful rooms that were quiet - very well sound proofed. Comfortable beds and pillows
The service in restaurants needs to be improved- had to ask servers every morning for coffee- this this be offered automatically, waited so long for an omlette one morning that I eventually gave up. Also the QR codes for bar service around the pool don’t work. Waited over an hour for a salad at the poolside restaurant one day. Hotel seems to be short staffed

Lovely rooftop bar/ restaurant

The hotel offers decent and relatively spacious rooms (although nothing extraordinary). The absolute highlight has been, as always, the iconic open-air swimming pool. Value for money has become questionable though. I had a much better experience last time around, two years back.
Reception staff and management have been particularly unfriendly, inflexible and overall unhelpful all through our stay. Breakfast was mediocre (very limited choice of fresh fruit, cold coffee, confused and incompetent waiters, incredibly slow service). Close to no service at the open air swimming pool. The pool area is too crowded in the summer (better come to this hotel off season).

This simply is an absolutely lovely hotel. The pool is epic, the location is so very good, specially when visiting roland garros. And breakfast is byond.

It's an iconic building, it's really cool to stay here and come back as many times as it is possible. The rooms are very comfortable and the food is great.

Room, comfortable
Trays with dirty dishes left in staircases (at multiple location), staff was ok but not particularly welcoming, paint job to be redone on multiple places of the hotel

The hotel is nice the staff were helpful. The room was very nice clean and comfortable.
It was very disappointing to arrive to find the outdoor pool was shut due to planned work! One of the reasons we chose this hotel. Feel a message in advance to tell us this should have been sent .

We love the quirkyness of the hotel and the pool.
The staff on the front desk and cleaning staff are polite and can't do enough to help.
The room is clean and comfortable
This is the third time we have visited and we would come back
The food at breakfast is exceptional as are the staff
We felt let down this time about our experience in the poolside restaurant. Food was poor, bland and expensive - we had a tomato pasta dish and the house burger. The staff there (one girl in particular) was rude and unhelpful. She seemed to practically throw our food on the table.
In the roof top restaurant we feel there could be more choice of food.

lack of clarity and priority at rooftop bar. dinner facilities limited, room service or poolside bar only options. disappointing

Smart and funky all at once; the pool is great, a proper swimming pool rather than a steamy puddle. The sense of its history is well evoked.
it was disappointing that we could not book into either of the hotels restaurants on our arrival evening. I tried emailing the hotel 2 days beforehand and didn’t even get a reply. We had no choice on arrival but to use the poolside 1929 restaurant, which has a limited menu, small bar, and service was slow to start with. The hotel should really keep some tables aside for guests in the Rooftop dining area and the Bistro rather than allow them all to be booked out by external visitors.
The king room was spacious and comfortable but decor was stark to the point of being clinical.
On Saturday morning we swam then went for late breakfast - it was chaotic. Service lacking, most choices gone with 40 mins of the set times to go, and a complete lack of fresh plates, cutlery etc. On Sunday we arrived at 9.20, half an hour earlier and it was much better- lesson- don’t swim fronts or have a lie in! Which sort of defeats the object of a weekend away at this place.

Pool, welcome, check-in staff
Don't order cocktails at the pool, the staff is extremely slow and the drinks suck. Probably have a beer.
8.0 / 10.0
pool, comfy bed, rooftop restaurant
loud music from the rooftop bar that you could hear in the rooms late at night, limited food menu at both restaurants, not enough staff at downstairs restaurant, had to wait for ages for service
