Great room great staff great city

Everything was fantastic. The area is great, communication to transport is great and the hotel and its staff are wonderful.

The only thing that could be improved are the bathrooms which would be nice if they were just a little bigger.

Good stay

Good breakfast—everything was fresh and there was plenty. You could make your own orange juice and coffee machine in the reception can be used anytime. Close to PSG’s stadium, only a 5-minute walk. Very friendly staff.

The road passing by had a lot of traffic and noise, which disturbed my sleep. It was a shame that I forgot to ask for a room facing the courtyard. The bed had a crinkly mattress protector that I had to remove for the second night because it was disturbing. Also, the sheet wasn’t centered, so it came loose during the first night.

Could be better

The hotel’s location is decent. There are bus stops and a metro station nearby, and a supermarket is also not far away. Also It’s about 20 minutes from the city center. The breakfast was good, and there was enough for a proper breakfast. A big plus is that coffee and tea are available throughout the entire stay, even outside breakfast hours.

The room itself isn’t very new, and the walls are dirty. Housekeeping is also poor: there were hairs in the sink when we checked in & it was dirty. Our room had three windows, and there was a strong draft coming from them, so it was cold. Also, even with the windows closed it was very noisy—you can hear everything from the street (since the hotel is on a busy road). The soundproofing is bad. There was also a constant knocking noise in the room, which made it hard to sleep.

Very nice hotel

The breakfast, location, staff attention, decoration, water and coffee station, facilities and style of the hotel. Overall it is an excellent hotel.

At times, the room felt cold even though the heater showed a different temperature. There were also moments when the heater made a lot of noise.

Agatha, at reception was friendly and helpful, answering all my questions with a smile. Most of the staff we encountered were friendly and helpful. The breakfast was very good with freshly squeezed orange juice and a decent selection of freshly prepared food. The hotel is close to the M9 metro which was very convenient for our touristy visits into central Paris.

The carpets in the room don’t look clean although the rest of the room was. It may be just the colour of them. The bed is very basic and I wasn’t convinced I would sleep well on it, but I did! That could also be due to the miles and miles of walking we did each day.

A small correction.

The ambience and the hospitality of the staff.

There are no vegetarian options in the breakfast. Although we had mentioned to the property before arriving that we are Vegetarians, i.e., no meat, no fish, and no egg, there were no options for vegetarians. Although one of the lady, could arrange a few pieces of no egg bread for the second day of breakfast, but we did face inconvenience. Hope they include few things for Vegetarians accordingly. A comfortable stay with a good value, nice breakfast and great location

The room was spacious and confortable, with a pleasant lobby Great location and very good value for money Breakfast was quite good and matched the photos shown

The air conditioning in the room was allways too strong and adjusting the temperature didn't make much difference The carpeted floor made me feel a bit uncomfortable

Nice out of centre hotel close to Bois de boulogne

Breakfast was really good with a big choice. Location close to metro. Light and modern.

Room a bit small and no wardrobe - fine for one but would be cramped for two. Not tea/coffee in the room. Shower and sink in room not separate. Lift lobbies a bit shabby - a lot of chipped paint. Not very central.

Hotel to visit again

Very beautiful modern style hotel in a quiet location, near the wonderful Parc des Princes Stadium which we visited, and only 2-3 min walk from the metro station. The whole hotel and the room were very clean. The beds were very comfortable with nice big pillows, the bathroom was great. The breakfast was good with a lot of choices and the pizza we tried in the evening was tasty. We appreciated the early check-in (which was perfect), the welcome drink and enjoyed the water and coffees for free all day. The staff helped us when needed (quick check-out) and were very polite. Definitely, a Value for money hotel.

We would like perhaps a mini bar or a small closet for our clothes. Although the view of our room could have been better, our stay remained very pleasant.

Fabulous find!

Everything was perfect and I will definitely return to this hotel if I come back to Paris. Great value for money in a world capital, in August, in Olympic year! Spotlessly clean, very quiet (best nights' sleep EVER) fantastic breakfast. Lovely touch to have the coffee machine and water machine on 24h in the reception area. Staff were helpful and welcoming. We chose this area for safety as we were two women travelling alone- I can honestly say I've never felt safer. Pop over the bridge and you're in the metro . (As an aside, that too was spotless, never crowded and we rarely had to wait for more than 1 minute) Thank you Ibis Styles 16 for a wonderful stay!

Very good

small but comfortable room. No reasonable car park around the hotel but, available. Breakfast was really nice, but in rush hours little bit chaotic. Good thing, is they have placards in elevator showing rush hours for breakfast, so that guests can plan accordingly. Location is very good, walking distance for public transport both bus and metro.

The cleaner tried to enter the room twice without knocking, before 10 o'clock and despite the do not disturb sign hanging at the door. The carpet was smelling really bad and there were stains on it.

Very good

The staff were excellent, kind, and spoke numerous languages. The breakfast was great, especially we appreciated the freshly squeezing orange juice machine, the coffee machine, the fresh fruit, pancakes, eggs that you could boil yourself, and variety of breads. The communal area was comfortable with many different areas to sit in with friends or to work. We came to see the soccer and loved being able to walk the short distance to the game and back. Really glad we stayed here, excellent value for budget conscious accommodation, we would definitely book here again.

A couple of small problems; no fridge in our family room which was tricky for us, bathroom door very loud and squeaky, and toilet seat was very loose and sideways on the seat.
