My only issue was : the toilet had a problem but the technician fixed it but too bad they didnt check the room before. It was still a very nice experience, i recommand this hotel !

A real issue using keycards in lifts. Had a premium room which was big but only had a large chair and small table in a large space and room only half carpeted and in my opinion was not a premium room

Location When we made a complaint, their manager took positive steps immediately

Location was excellent and just perfect. Room was not properly clean, dust everywhere. Sneezed the entire 5 nights. One of us slept on a single portable bed which was almost broken and we requested for a replacement. Even the replacement was not comfortable but we could not complain any further but got on with it. One staff among other staff at reception was not friendly and never made an effort to show her hospitality skills as trained for the job. While other staff went beyond to ensure we had all we needed. Their manager, demonstrated excellent leadership skills and ensured that we received what we needed. Staff never respected “Do not disturb sign” Replenishment of room supplies was limited to a point where we used Shampoo for showering as shower gel was not refilled. We had no tea bags and we brought our own tea bags and water for drinking. When all this was reported to the manager, she took immediate steps and we were grateful for addressing this matter.

Radisson Boulogne

Very beautiful hotel with great views of Montmatre when you go to the upper floors. Wonderful breakfast and close to the PSG stadium. Several restaurants in the area and ten minutes walk from a nice shopping mall. The best scrambled eggs ever.

Overall pleasant but would not recommend for the location and value for money.

Room amenities were not available. The hotel was out of stock. No staff to assist during the night past 11:00z only one person at front desk. They do try their best to help but they cannot attend to your needs in the room efficiently. This is supposed to be a radisson blu hotel so something like this should not happen.

Fairly good and comfortable stay for a few nights in Paris. Kind staff who accommodate our request for luggage storage.

Disappointing

Absolutely devastated to find a bed bug in the room. We were about to leave, and noticed it. We had to fumigate our clothes and luggage immediately we got home. Spoilt our stay.

Would definitely stay again!

We stayed here as we were attending the football which was perfect as the stadium is so near. The hotel is exceptional and the cost of food and drink for a hotel in Paris was brilliant. Most importantly, the staff went above and beyond to make our stay just perfect!

Hotel ok, service bad

The hôtel was well located, not far from Paris centre and there os a parking.

To access the garage you need to ring reception and the y don’t always answer. Sometime tou should ring 3 times. They need to do a system with room card. The staff at the bar is really bad. There is noboby most of the time, and when they are here, they don’t even come take your order or they just don’t understand what you ask.

Location is fine

The room cleaning lady (rather old and African-Fench) was super rude to me on two different occasions. Even though I asked for a late checkout and confirmed it on the reception, she was consistent to try to kick me out from the room at 12. She thinks she is the boss of the hotel :D My room had street view and it was super busy/noisy. I needed to wake up couple of times due to noise. The reception is super busy, whenever I tried to call, I couldn't reach Overall bad manners in the staff and very bad management. I don't think there is a worse Radisson than here in the world.

The concept of ‘Premiere’ room with a balcony was totally oversold. The balcony had horrible mould on its floor, terrible view of next buildings chimneys and basically, I think, couple of chairs and a small table for smokers .. not worth paying more for it and setting wrong expectations

Location very close to Parc The Prince stadium.

Room key worked just for 1 day and we should go every day to Reception to reprogram it. There was very poor supply of warm dishes In Breakfast, without posibilities to order omelet or other variation of eggs. Just boiled. View from terrace was average.

clean, spacious rooms. we had a suite which overlooked the Eiffel Tower which was lovely

noise from the road and metro. we were at the front corner and could hear everything. at one point we thought we had left the window open. bed was too hard for us and the breakfast was too busy.
