A free upgrade and and extension to my check out time
Nothing other than the fact I had a coffee machine but no coffee pods to use for it, I’m sure I could of rang reception if I was that concerned about it though

The hotel is conveniently located within walking distance of metro and bus stations, making it easy to get around. There is also underground parking available, which is very convenient. The room was renovated and had a clean, modern feel.
I also appreciated being able to contact the front desk via WhatsApp, which was very convenient. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout the stay.
The breakfast offered a great variety and was very delicious—especially the French bread.
The location is slightly outside the city center of Paris, but considering the price, it was not an issue.
At check-in, there was no complimentary water or hairdryer in the room, which was a bit inconvenient.

The room are very spacious and the room service are so kind and pro !
My only issue was : the toilet had a problem but the technician fixed it but too bad they didnt check the room before. It was still a very nice experience, i recommand this hotel !

propert was old and run down needed some maintenance and shower head kept falling down and bath stopper did not work
