    verall the hotel is nice, clean and well equiped as expected from hotel from all accor group. But the beds are a bit soft in my honest opinion and may not be suitable for older people. Staff are very very friendly and willing to help but we requested to try another room bed which was thankfully reserved us but unfortunately the person doing the later shift didnt seem to pass the memo to late night shift person. Not the end of the world, but i was told no room was available but in fact there was when i challenged it and eventually got it. Overall the staff at start and end did their best and im very very thankful and appreciative of their work. Just proves you as a customer still need to do your own due diligence.

    My wife and I have just returned from a 4 night stay at this hotel. Conveniently located approx 500mtrs from a Metro station that goes directly into the centre of the city. Close by are several restaurants and convenience stores. The continental breakfast was lovely, the bed was huge and firm. Usual hotel room facilities as expected. Would I return / recommend? YES I would
