Lovely staff, good placement if you want to be over that side of Paris.

Staff we're extremely nice and helpful, and made you feel very welcome from as soon as we walked in.

Beds are quite hard, and could have done with slightly thicker pillows.

Full construction site with terrible noise. Good idea, though, as it is in dire need of refurbishment. Heating seems to be out of order as well.

Good option for those who want reasonable accommodations outside the city centre

Good base to explore Paris from outside the city centre. Trocadero by public transport is just 15-20 mins away (for example). Secure parking. Great value for money.

Staff were friendly. The rooms were recently refurbished, so they felt modern.

The hallways/starwell felt dirty & very old. WiFi didn’t work in my room. Only 1 towel in the bathroom.

1. Safe in room didn't work. Requested repairs at the front desk, and during our 3 night stay, no one attempted to repair 2. For its property class, breakfast options were below average. 3. Chandelier in lobby was coated with what appeared to be several months worth of dust. 4. Property could use an updating.

Nice room size. Quiet location within walking distance to streets with lots of shops and restaurants.

Opening the door to the room was always a challenge, the card only worked after 5 attempts, sometimes more. We pointed out the problem to the reception, but they said there was no way to fix it on the weekend. Breakfast after 8 am was only what was left, many guests were disappointed. Stale cheeses, room temperature salami and ham tasted strange. The plates were dirty. The gentlemen who checked which room we were from were more or less on their mobile phones.

Incredibly friendly staff. Very clean. Good location in a calm area with metro 5 mins walk away.

Located in nice, silent area. True Paris around. Close to metro, was very clean, rooms come with balcony, cosy and large bed, fridge, kettle in the room. Everything was nice.

Excellent value for money and great location if you are driving and want to be near to the city.

The staff were super friendly and helpful. The room was very clean and excellent value for money. Location was great, just a 5 minute walk to the metro 10. Nice restaurant at the end of the street. We picked this location because it was ideal for driving into the city from the west and was just off the motorway. Equally it was easy to pick up the main roads and motorway on our homeward bound journey to Calais. Close location for Parc de Princes (We did the PSG stadium tour) and not too far into town for the main sites. Excellent underground parking

Top list of pros is - very friendly and helpful staff - breakfast was a good mix of cold, hot, fruits and desserts - quiet neighbourhood

it's very good location and clean, I didn't really love the breakfast, bed and toilet.

it was very clean, the staff was great and they all spoke English. Also it's in a very good location and close to the tube.

the toilet is in a separate bathroom, the bed wasn't "double bed" as they say in the advert, is 2 beds together which is different because that makes it uncomfortable.

Clean, spacious and lovely looking room in a quiet but decent neighbourhood. Very kind and helpful receptionnists.

Fantastic!

Room is wide and has a good view. Bed is also wide and comfortable. A bathtub is equipped and separately located from a toilet. Two of bottle water were served in the room together with a clean electric kettle. Tea bugs and coffee sticks were set every day. Hotel staffs are friendly and so kind.
