I wouldn’t stay there again

Location was great and staff friendly

The room was too small En-suite was very tight Sound proofing very poor with guests next door hearing TV even when sound was turned down to minimal volume

I didn't like the fact that they don't have an electric kettle in the room. there is coffee machine but no tea for those who don't take coffee the bathroom is quite small for big people

The room was great for just one person (for two people it may be a bit cramped), it was clean, quiet and comfortable. Coffee machine in the room. Hair dryer worked well. Very close to metro station. Staff was friendly and check out is at 12pm

It’s a bit far from the center (30 min by metro) but otherwise all good

Coming for Rolland Garros, a highly recommended stay !

The Managers are very warm and hospitable, especially Stephane , he was very helpful. The property is Centrally located in Boulogne , 10 min walk to Rolland Garros stadium and metro. Clean rooms and bathrooms.

Lovely and welcoming. August means free street parking, a nice bonus! Very comfy beds, good shower (my daughter adored the coloured lights). Great location for Metro, even in August good restaurant options nearby. Nice to have a mini fridge to keep water cold.

The sound-proofing was REALLLY minimal, we could hear every conversation and shutting door. The breakfast was very basic. The room was very small (well, that is normal for Paris) but tough to find even one corner for my open suitcase without blocking the bathroom door.

Breakfast too expensive 12 euros for croissants and pain au chocolat . No cheesecake no ham ou charcuteries at disposal you had to ask for it I had to ask for som jam

Poor

Hotel was fine but the prepayment process was an issue. The full sum was blocked on my card a week before my stay. Upon checkout, I was charged the full amount again. Despite assurances from the hotel staff that the blocked amount would be returned immediately, it took four weeks for the funds to be released back to my account, lost 4 euros due to conversion rates.

Excellent hotel, in a lovely district, just what we needed.

Room, although was small, was just what we needed. Check-in was smooth, we were a little early to access our room but the staff allowed us to leave our luggage. Breakfast, although basic, was perfectly adequate.

The only negative I can think of was that the cutlery had fingerprints on. Apart from that, all was very good.

Location is good near stores and metro, rather quiet neighborhood, shower/bath was clean and modern. The room was very small but had everything we needed for 1-night stay.

A lady from the staff entered our room without giving prior advice (she said she knocked on the door but we did not hear anything because it's a double door. It could be good to train staff to respect guest intimacy more.

don‘t waste your money. worst stay of my life!

good location, staff friendly

terrible hotel! the room was so small you could hardly move, bed was super uncomfortable. first thing I’ve seen when I pulled my duvet back was a long black hair that wasn’t mine 🤢 the breakfast was terrible and really expensive. Then all over sudden they wanted city tax which no one made us aware off anywhere and the price went from 280€ for two night to 370€ outrages! you can hear the people in the room next to you so clearly that it prevents you from sleeping all night! the shower head was broken so a nice shower wasn’t possible either. honestly worst short break of my life! really disappointed and angry. And the statement „no prepayment needed“ is an utter lie. took 280€ of my account as soon as I booked…so called pre authorization, supposed to get that back when you arrive…which I never did so I basically payed 560€ + 90€ for city tax and breakfast for two nights in a really crappy hotel. just shocking

Good value

Very friendly staff, rooms are small but comfortable and with air con. Breakfast small and simple but a good way to start your day. Location perfect for Parc De Princes and for taxi trips into city. Would stay here again no problems.
