I stayed at Hotel de France during the Rock en Seine Festival in August, and it was a very convenient choice. The location was perfect — I could easily walk to the festival and back, and the metro and supermarket were just a few steps away. Everything was clean, simple, and comfortable, and my stay went smoothly.
If I had to mention one small thing, the room was a bit basic, but overall it was completely fine and I would happily stay here again.

Everything was as described, the room was clean, the bed was clean, the bathroom was clean, the air in the room was fresh. The hotel was not noisy.
It would be nice to have a kettle, water, and coffee in the room. It would be nice if there were disposable slippers in the room.

I stay in Boulogne often for work. Really easy access both to the office and the metro to get into central Paris.

Very comfortable room and the Hotel is close to the Roland- Garros courts. The stuff was very polite.
The only problem was the noise from outside because there was a small crack at the window.

Cozy space, very friendly staff that spoke several languages (I speak very little French so this was a godsend), and it was VERY clean. I wasn't uncomfortable with people or cleanliness there like I have been in many budget hotels in the US. I didn't have the breakfast (saved some cash booking without it online), but I saw smiling faces there every morning so I'm sure it's decent! There are bakeries every 8 inches in Paris though so breakfast options abound. Location wasn't great but it was right next to a metro station, so that made everything easy to get to, just added a little time.
I had a corner room overlooking the street, so it was noisy all night. Popped a melatonin and slept straight through it (if you're a tourist like me you'll be half dead and sore when you get back anyway). The location is decently away from everything you want to do in Paris, so you need to hit the metro to get anywhere (but it's a 2 minute walk from the door and only a couple Euros). But location means budget so it balances out. Also, the halls are wood so when other people start coming and going it gets loud with nothing to dampen the sound. Other than some noise, the only other thing I wasn't about was no shower curtain. Mostly cause the floor gets wet, or I'm doing showers entirely wrong.

Great location, lovely and safe neighborhood
They changed the towels every day, but didn’t clean the pillows or the bathroom

The hotel is very close to the metro station called Pont de Sevres. If you are travelling to walk a lot and spend your time outside, this is the best one. Also there is shopping mall called les passages nearby the hotel and a lot of famous stores. The staff was super helpfull. Of course if you are going to spend your time in the hotel a lot, then this might not be an option.
The room was a little bit cold and i could not use hot water. I was staying only for one day. Thats why i dint bother myself to ask the staff to fix it. The room was small.

We were able to park for the whole of our stay.even it was very very tight!! €15 a night, reasonable for that area. The gentleman on reception when we arrived was most helpful. Good value for money. Lovely newly fitted modern bathroom. Good location for Metro into Paris and walking distance to Roland Garros. Attending the French Open was the main purpose off our visit.
Breakfast was very reasonable, the going rate for Paris but very minimal. Unfortunately not many bars open close by and many Boulangeries in the area don't seem to have survived Covid

I had never stayed in this part of Paris and it was a good surprise. If you are attending a match at Parc des Princes, the hotel is only a 25-minute walk away. Lots of bars and restaurants around. Two metro stations nearby. The bedroom was clean, spacious and comfortable. Staff very kind and helpful. Breakfast is ok.
Wi-fi connection a bit slow.
