Very enjoyable and comfortable stay
Excellent food. Not huge quantities but high quality and imaginative. Skiers tea at 4pm as well very welcome. Great service in restaurant and room well maintained daily Very good location - not quite ski in, ski out but about 60m to 80m away up/down moderately steep slope and across bridge.

Nice hotel, good location but don’t eat there
Property really kept up with cleaning the hotel
The food was horrible. I had food poisoning for three days due to hotel food. Multiple hotel guests came up to us and said they had the same issue. The chef wanted to be so creative that the food didn’t taste good.when we mentioned it to staff they reacted like it’s very common.

Okay but would not return
Breakfast was good, fair selection but no sweets (e.g. crosissants) except for one cake. Dinner was okay, waiters were nice and were working hard to please the guests.
Location was central but is wasnt ski-in, ski-out - it required you to walk across the street to reach the ski area, put on your skis and ski. Also there wasnt any ski lift next to the hotel (you should ski to reach the first one). The hotel allows dogs but there is a high extra cost - EUR 40 per night, which is the highest price we ever paid in any hotel (including 5 stars). It is not very dog friendly atmosphere, we had better experience anywhere elsewhere. The hotel has a small bar/caffe but it is not comfortable and prices are higher than in other bars and hotels. We were visiting a caffe in next-door hotel (Places by Valamar), better atmosphere, much more comfortable, dog friendly staff and better offer and prices. SPA area was very crowded, some days there werent any beds/chairs available to relax. And lastly, when checking out and paying our bill we didnt even get a "thank you" from the receptionist. This attitude was really unique and not expected.

Convenient, comfortable hotel in fantastic resort.
Great breakfast and dinners, excellent location next to ski hire shop and slopes. Owners always present, sit down for same meals. Excellent variety of saunas and spa facilities.
Would have loved a log fire in a comfortable room to relax in after skiing and dinner.
