Once checked in, the room was fab!

Unusually for a European hotel, it had a kettle, plus crockery and cutlery. It was very well appointed.

Digital check-in wasn’t quite as smooth as it could have been, resulting in an out-of-hours telephone call and a delay. The location given on booking.com was not accurate - wrong hotel, wrong side of town!

Absolutely top notch!

I don't think we could've gotten a better place for our stay in Obertauern. This place is thought through to the micro detail. It lacks nothing and there are things that constantly delight your and surprise you. Every step from parking to checkin, to checkout was a breeze and easy. No friction. The views from our room were spectacular. Ample space for a couple. The bathroom is doorless and exposed to the rest of the room and usually I despise this in hotels but here I loved it. It actually was more convenient. And surprisingly didn't increase the humidity of the room too much as we feared.

Intimicy opener

Self check in, location, design, equipment all amazing. As written in other reviews bathroom lack its doors. Which might feel cold sometimes after shower or might suprise someone who comes in ;-). TV is online so u can connect your netflix or so. The trouble comes when u need to connect your APPLE TV. The WIFI has this stupid website authorization so you need to learn to hack your mac address which u can only do on computer so in case you travel with your apple tv make sure to pack your laptop too and get ready for hack your mac. This is something you find in many places its something weird austria has with the wifi in hotels. So its more a tip than bad point ;-) Oh u better like steep garage parking ramps its a thrill ♥️

die Ausstattung ist perfekt und die Komplette Küche war eine enorme Erleichterung. die Fenster sind schallisoliert und sorgen somit für Ruhe.

Parkhaus etwas eng und leider keine Anweisung bei den Doppelparkplätzen (zweireihig) Hatten sorge das sich jemand hinter uns stellt und wir nicht weg fahren können. Mehr Restaurant Empfehlungen. Tipps zum einsteigen auf der Piste (kürzester Weg). Brötchenservice auf Bestellung wäre super und ein Toaster hätte uns sehr gefallen.

Die Unterkunft ist traumhaft gelegen und bestens ausgestattet. Absolut top!!

Die Lage ist top. Die nächstgelegene Skipiste an der Lürzer Alm erreicht man nach ca. 150 Meter fußläufig. Von dort kann man kann man per Ski problemlos 4 verschiedene Liftanlagen (Edelweissbahn, Plattenkarbahn, Achernrainbahn und die Schaidbergbahn) anfahren. Wir hatten eine Apartment für 4 Personen (2 Erwachsene und 2 Kinder) gebucht. Der Check in erfolgt problemlos an einem Terminal, die Zimmer sind modern und neuwertig eingerichtete. Die Schlafcouch war ausgesprochen bequem. Die Küche ist umfangreich ausgestattet. Das einzige was fehlt, wäre ein Backofen und eventuell einen Toaster. Die zur Verfügung stehende Mikrowelle besitzt dafür auch über eine Back/Grillfunktion. Hier wäre es eventuell von Vorteil, wenn es hierfür noch eine Bedienungsanleitung geben würde. Wichtig für alle Kaffeetrinker, es gibt keine klassische Kaffee-, sondern eine Nespressomaschiene. Also entsprechend berücksichtigen. Sehr gut war, dass das Apartment über 2 separate Badezimmer verfügte. Darüber hinaus waren beide modern und neuwertig eingerichtet mit jeweils einer Bodengleichen Dusche (keine Badewanne). Das Haus selber verfügt über eine Saune, die wir allerdings nicht in Anspruch genommen haben. Der Tiefgaragenstellplatz ist ebenfalls erwähnenswert, was vor allem nach Neuschnee hilfreich ist. Das erspart vor der Rückreise das "freilegen" des Fahrzeugs. Die Zimmer erreicht man dann bequem per Fahrstuhl. Alles in allem super Unterkunft!!

Wenn es überhaupt etwas zu bemängeln gibt, dann der eventuell etwas zu kleine Skikeller. Wenn dieser von mehreren Gästen gleichzeitig genutzt wird, kann es sehr schnell etwas eng werden. Da wir immer recht früh unterwegs waren, hatten wir das Glück, dass außer uns niemand gleichzeitig im Skikeller angetroffen wurde, von daher war die Größe für uns kein Problem.

Sehr gute Umgebung, das Hotel ist sehr modern und wurde in sehr guter qualität gebaut mit sehr guter Aussicht auf die Berge. Top Gegend, sehr gute Lage. Wir würden sicherlich wieder hier buchen.

Teuer, aber durch das feine Wetter und das geile Skigebiet worth it

Lage war gut, (Selbstversorgerappartements) Man musste ein kleines Stuck bis zur Zentralbahn gehen aber es war aushaltbar. Auch die Sauberkeit des Appartements war ok, sowie die geräumigkeit wussten wir auch sehr zu schätzen.

Es gab keine Türe zwischen Bad und Gang, -> für uns ein großer - Punkt. Sowie zu wenig Küchengeräte und den schlecht funktionierenden Touch am Herd. Das ärgert einen sehr wenn man mitten im Kochen ist und er sich einfach versperrt
