Great Apartment , well located

Hotel Apartment was great , nice staff , clean and modern , most friendly. Good breakfast at hotel and good kitchenette in apartment also. Good mountain restaurant's and nice town center.

Amazing staff, location and everything you need!

Great location for skiing with Zentralbahn lift a few minutes walk away and the the main town a 5 mins walk. The apartment was clean and had all the essentials in the kitchen you’d need, including washing up liquid and cloth, soap, dishwasher tablets and coffee pods! The spa was lovely after a day on the slopes and the staff were very friendly and helpful. They make great pizzas also!!

I was a bit disappointed that on checking out I asked if there was anything owing on the room which they confirmed no to then get an email on landing back in the U.K. to say there were taxes to be paid. Was able to pay via international payment.

Obertauern is a great ski resort and Aparthotel Bernhof is excellent.

Breakfast was good, staff are excellent, apartment rooms are the nicest we’ve experienced in a ski hotel. It’s ski in/out.

Nothing much. The hotel doesn’t have a pool or an evening restaurant service but it’s a small hotel so that’s fine. We didn’t miss these things.

My family had an amazing week at Aparthotel Bernhof and we will stay there again next time.

The location was amazing - we could walk across the street to ski and were within 5 minutes walk of everything in Obertauern. Snow coverage was still very very good despite being late in the season. The room was large and comfortable with great amenities. The staff was extremely helpful with making reservations, answering questions, restocking the room and even helping us get laundry done.

The beds were a little firm for my taste but I prefer a very soft bed. I also had laundry done and it was more expensive than expected (90E) but my fault for not asking and it did free up a day to sightsee instead of doing laundry so I'd do it again.

POLECAM w 110% Na pewno tam wrócę!

Doskonała lokalizacja, pokoje czyste, świetnie urządzone, cudowne saunarium, restauracja bardzo fajna. Świetne miejsce jeśli podróżujesz z psem. Do wyciągu 200m. POLECAM !!! Personel/właściciele bardzo mili pomocni, SUPER!!
