I recently stayed at Hotel Kristall and was impressed by the warmth and hospitality of the owners, the Kindl family, as well as the hotel staff. The hotel was spotlessly clean and my room was spacious and comfortable. I particularly appreciated the delicious breakfast served each morning. The location of the hotel is also perfect for ski enthusiasts, as it is easy to get to the slopes. The added bonus of an amazing sauna and a well-equipped ski and boot room made for a truly relaxing and enjoyable stay. But what truly sets this hotel apart is the kindness and helpfulness of the Kindl family. When I found myself stuck on a ski slope, they went above and beyond to come to my rescue. I am truly grateful for their care and would highly recommend Hotel Kristall to anyone seeking a comfortable and enjoyable stay in the mountains.

Amazing stay at classic family run lodge

Beautiful, great location, recently renovated, large room, excellent breakfast, and helpful/attentive staff that went above and beyond to make sure we were happy and comfortable.

Bed was quite soft and shower design made for wet bathroom floor unless great care was taken.

We spent an amazing holiday in Hotel Kristall. The host and staff are very kind and friendly. They made us feel like home during Christmas period. The facility is very neat and cozy at the same time. The breakfast was amazing and the sauna area made us relax after skiing. Highly recommended and we cannot wait to book our next skiing trip in February here.

Great value, REALLY helpful friendly team, look forward to going back.

The staff/family - were the most helpful and friendly staff that I think that i have ever met in hotels. From the moment we met until we left, they were always friendly and helpful, and full of great advice. Great wide choice of breakfast, lovelly atmosphere in bar and restaurant in evening. Really quick service for food and drink. Could snowboard to first lift, almost from door, and could snowboard back , to within 5 min walk. We could be up first main lift Zentral within 10 mins of leaving hotel.

The hotel was about 10 min walk to main apres ski/restaurants, and with heavy snow and slippery floor, was a tough walk. The Sonnenlift 1 was awful to get off on a snowboard, so fast , we fell off our snowboard frequently.

We were delighted with our stay in this lovely hotel and would be delighted to return in the future

Super location right on the slopes but yet easy walking distance to he main street and shops. Our hosts were exceptionally welcoming and kind and could not do enough for us. We were unlucky enough to have a skiing injury early in the week and the hosts were so helpful and kind to the injured party during the long week.

The hosts/family were so nice and engaged in your well being. You feel like you are at home the minute you enter the hotel. The room was nice and very clean - actually all in the hotel was so clean. The breakfast buffet are excellent and the nice waiters fill up and serve for you with a accommodating and positive approach. We’ll definitely come back :-)

We stayed in this lovely hotel for our skiing holiday. We highly recommend this pleasant hotel with nice and cozy room and bathroom. Extremely nice personnel, superb service and very good food for breakfast - this is hotel Kristall We was very satisfied and we will definitely return in the future.
