All was ok

Breakfast was really good. Staff is top.

The staff was amazing! At the checkin, the Hungarian lady was very helpful, the breakfast staff was perfect, always very attentive. The cleaning ladies were super thorough, the room was spotless. The breakfast had a great variety.

There was no fridge in the room and the hotel didn't provide body lotion, that could have been useful in this cold weather.

Checking the booking options on booking website I have noticed that the only rooms which are renovated are the superior double rooms the other 2 are not renovated as shown in the pictures on your website. Naturally, I have chosen the bigger and renovated room thinking that the higher price would result in a preferred room. Before arrival, I requested a high and quiet room as I suffer from insomnia to which the hotel replied that this is the only room available and it’s not on a high level. Upon my arrival, I was shocked to find out that my room was literally on the ground floor facing the hotel club. The terrace door which leads to the road was blocked by a parking car and within 5 minutes of being in the room, 2 passing kids were knocking on the room's terrace door violently. As if this situation wasn’t enough the next-door club which the hotel owns was pumping music as if today is the last day on earth and you could literally feel the floor vibrating. Immediately I went back to the reception and kindly asked to change the room otherwise I will leave the hotel. I was shocked to learn that in the hotel there are renovated rooms which do not appear in booking substantially smaller than the room offered on your website. That made me feel a bit deceived as these rooms are not available on your website and as a customer, I feel that choice has been deliberately taken from me. The receptionist mentioned to me these rooms are cheaper as they are smaller. These rooms were on the highest floor and still facing the club but at least the floor wasn’t shaking The receptionist which was kind assured me that the club closes and 22:00 that happened on Sunday on Monday it closed at 23:10 and on Tuesday I had to go down and bring it to her attention that the club is still operating at 23:30. At the end of my stay, I was charged the full amount of a superior double room when in fact I was staying in a double room with a shower. I asked the hotel manager why you charged me for th

Everything was fine!

Very clean, excellent breakfast, great wellness part, comfortable bed and nice view to the slopes. You can ski all way long to the hotel and the ski storage is right beside it, which is very practical. They have own apres ski as well. The design and decoration of the hotel is beautiful and cosy. About the staff: the reception collagues are very nice and helpful.

In the restaurant some of the staff were very polite, but a few behaved quite unfriendly, which made us feel not welcomed. This could be improved.
