A great holiday other than the owner, which was disappointing.

Great location Cristina at reception was amazing! Cleaning staff were fantastic. Great sauna and pool facilities.

The owner is totally unfriendly and grumpy. Hardly acknowledged us ever and clearly doesn’t like the youth. No variation in the breakfast setup. It’s the same every day.

Very good

Breakfast is good, but it could be better, we were missing more different eggs, pancakes, fresh fruit,.. The restaraunt for the dinner is average, not much choice,.. The location to ski lifts is perfect. Rooms are confortable. Wellnes is small, but cosy, the water in the pool could be warmer. Besides all we have a good time.

Noise from staff shoes when they were prepairing breakfast, we stayed at 1st floor and woke up always when she started walking to prepare breakfast.

Skiing with the Kids

Excellent location, friendly staff and good wellness section. Breakfast is really good. Parking place is in front of the building. The closest lift is approx. 100 m away.

Gerne wieder!

Wir waren um 11.30 dort und wollten nur einmal einchecken und das Auto abstellen, damit wir Skifahren gehen konnten! Aber das Zimmer war schon bezugsfertig und wir konnten uns schon am dort schon umziehen! Mit dem haben wir nicht gerechnet, uns aber sehr gefreut! Und der Rest: Lage super zentral, Frühstück gut, schöne Zimmer- alles da! Und am Vormittag wurde unser komplett eingeschneites Auto mit der Schneefräse freigeschaufelt! Super Service! Danke!

Prima hotel, aanrader voor wie van goede service en schoon verblijf houdt.

Fijne locatie midden in Obertauern en dicht bij de Gamsleiten 1 lift. Parkeren bij het hotel, zeer vriendelijk personeel en goede service. Sauna en zwembad zijn heerlijk om aan het einde van een dag skiën weer op te warmen en te ontspannen.

Stabile durchschnittliche Leistung. Hat meine Erwartungen erfüllt, nicht übertroffen.

Frühstück war ausreichend für den kleinen Hunger am Morgen, könnte man kulinarisch ausweiten Lage echt Top. Parkmöglichkeit auch wichtig.

Leider waren wir 2x nach dem Skifahren im Whirl-Pool, der leider zu kalt war. Es gab auch Basics im Zimmer, wie eine Kaffeemaschine, Kühlschrank oder Wasserkocher

Freundliches Personal, toller Spa Bereich mit Whirlpool und Saunen, Liegebereiche, gutes Frühstück, direkter Weg zur Piste/Lift (Skiweg)

Etwas in die Jahre gekommen, aber hat jedenfalls auch seinen Charme :)

Sauberkeit, guter Skikeller mit verschließbaren Schränken, gutes Frühstück, nettes Hallenbad, freundliches Personal, gute Lage.

Einzig der Frühstückskaffee hat noch Verbesserungspotenzial.

Sehr freundliches und umsichtiges Personal, Zimmer mit Ausblick aufs Skigebiet, reichhaltiges und mit viel Liebe hergerichtetes Frühstücksbüffet, etwas in die Jahre gekommenes, aber schönes Hotel mit sauberem und gemütlichem Wellness-Bereich, toller Skikeller!

Schwierigkeiten bei der Buchung über booking, sehr wenig Auswahl im hauseigenen Restaurant (ev. aufgrund des Saison-Endes..), alte und teils defekte Spielsachen im Kinderspielzimmer.

Jederzeit wieder

Der tolle Wellnessbereich mit dem wunderschönen Hallenbad. Die perfekte Lage, geringe Entfernung zum Schilift. Schikeller mit Spinds zum Versperren und beheizter Aufhängevorrichtung für Schischuhe.

Gibt es eigentlich nichts. Schade war, dass das Lokal im Hotel leider zu hatte. Wir hätten es gerne besucht.
