Location is great for exploring Madrid from. Nicely decorated and good kitchen/bathroom facilities

I would NOT recommend if you expect low noise or for family with kids (it was ok for us, 2 adults). The noise from very busy back street is overwhelming until about 7am when all the fast-food facilities are open! Air-conditioning was very poor, luckily it wasn't too hot and when i mentioned, I only got a "canned reply" in English that I should select "Cool" mode as if I'm an idiot not understanding and having tried that. Check-in is also very strict - we asked for an hour or so before, but the electronic system didn't work when we arrived at 13:30, neither at 14:59, it was literary active only at the published official time of 15:00, even though nobody came to clean the apartment in that period and it obviously WAS ready (we were sitting at a tapas bar table next to the entrance door whole that period). By 15:00, there were other 2 couples in the same situation waiting alongside since 14:00ish. A bit more of "personal touch" rather than robotic (albeit have to admit functional) procedure/correspondence could've improve the experience,

Un apartamento acogedor , muy bien equipado y muy bien equipado , ideal para disfrutar de la animación y ocio de Madrid centro sin preocuparse del transporte . El equipo que atiende el alojamiento es muy atento y disponible . Muy dispuesto a facilitar la estancia .

Le haría falta mayor insonorización contra el bullicio nocturno de la zona .

A acomodação é como na foto ainda assim, seria bom uma cortina blackout na sala para minimizar o impacto da iluminação externa / rua no interior da acomodação. A localização é ótima. Fizemos os principais pontos turísticos a pé ( ex: 15/20 min do Palácio, do Museu Sofia; Parque de El Retiro ). Muitas opções de restaurantes na rua da acomodação. Se fosse minha primeira vez com o sistema adotado para eu receber senhas para entrar, acho que teria um treco… mas o atendimento via mensagem salvou e me manteve informada o que me deixou mais segura.

A falta de cortina blackout na sala. A luz da rua impacta na iluminação da acomodação a noite toda. A cortina q se tem não é suficiente para bloquear.

Excellent location, close to Puerta Del Sol and many restaurants. It was clean and spacious.

There is a spot light right next to the windows in the living, which cannot be blocked because there are no good shades. To make it worst the wall between living and bedroom is made of clear translucid glass, impossible to block the light and to sleep at night. It gets very noisy until very late at night.
