Festival going on at same time - ridiculously busy. Long waiting times at reception with lack of help when we did not know where we should be going. Lack of signage to resort parks at rivergate

Location, conveniently located within the vicinity of Dubai parks, with access to all parks of you stay 3 nights, beautiful weather walking distance around 10 minutes to each park. The hotel seems a bit outdated but it is well maintained, everything works and the staff are very very friendly

4 night stay granted us access to all the theme parks unlimited access - ie in and out of each park multiple times, including check in and check out day. Excellent breakfast. Gym has everything in terms of equipment. Buggy service helpful. Early check in and late check out accommodated

The staff were extremely friendly all around the place (reception, restaurant, housekeeping, security and buggy drivers) which made the experience even more enjoyable. The place is great to walk around, and well taken care of. The variety of activities from swimming pools in the resort, to kids club, to dubai parks being very near by, with the buggy to take you there complimentary was excellent. The buffet had plenty of different food options (breakfast, lunch and dinner) all delicious.

I liked that the whole Lapita Team were incredibly warm and nice to us during our stay from September 27-28. Special thanks to the valet personnel and buggy drivers (who are amazing this year compared to our visit on 2023), to Aman in Kalea restaurant who were attentive to our needs (especially because we have a toddler with us), to Karim and Lucy in the reception area plus the other lady who issued our room key and another lady who welcomed us with flower necklace on September 27th. Thanks to the guest reservation officer who coordinated the complimentary birthday greetings, balloons, card and cake in our room because it was my kids birthday on the day of our check-in (that was lovely and we appreciate it, really), to the ladies in Kids Club for the birthday card and toy for my son’s birthday, to the housekeeping team who brought on time the extra blanket and pillow we requested, to the front personnel, kitchen staff, managers of Kalea restaurant (the food was great but the service was even better- special thanks to the noodles and egg section. The bread section was also really nice. The juice was all good- my favorite was the watermelon juice.) Big thanks to the lady in Palma cafe in the lobby for the ice cream (the caramel and blueberry ice cream are good).

I didn’t like -Room ac - don’t expect to find a club car available everytime - room were nt that clean. Found undergarments of previous people staying. - need to upgrade bathroom. With bath tub

Cleanliness, staffs are very accommodating, easy access to theme parks because of the buggy service. It is exceptional specially Mr. Pawan who is very polite and assisted us. Overall really good experience specially it was our first time staying in this hotel.They did upgrade our room and gave a little surprise for my son’s birthday. Oh, yes the pool area was superb both for kids and adult! Will definitely stay here again. Cheers

I guess more restaurants option, tho ordering food outside is easy.

Honestly, I wasn’t expecting to find a hotel of this quality in that area, especially one surrounded by so many family- and kid-friendly entertainment options. The hotel’s theme is truly unique and beautifully executed, creating a welcoming atmosphere from the moment you arrive. The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful throughout our stay, not once did we experience anything less than a warm smile and a positive attitude.

The air conditioning minimum you got 19.5 , they try to solve and upgrade the room for me for free but still, am not sad am happy because they try to make me happy

The park access with the stay in the hotel . The room allocated to me and my family was spacious , clean and nice view of the pool . The staff were all friendly and approachable . They are very helpful and made our stay a beautiful memory for my sisters visiting UAE for the first time .

The pool area has some smoking area . Kids were swimming and we can smell the cigarette smokes .

It was my son's 7th birthday and it was his personal request to stay in a hotel and go to a theme park instead of having a party. I made the right choice by choosing Lapita. The hotel itself truly maintain its unique Polynesian vibes (perfect for our son's Stitch themed birthday). We had the perfect time checking in as we were able to watch a Fijian dance...my son thought it was specially prepared for his arrival since it was his birthday and the dancers were very welcoming to him😅 We had a very smooth and early check in thru Ms. Wala who was able to explain to us everything from the amenities, programs, breakfast and dinner locations. We had a family room (interconnecting queen and twin bedroom) and another twin bedroom which was managed to be on the same building and same floor. Buggy service was available every 5 minutes so we don't stay that much in scorching heat going to the building where our room was. Mr. Success and Mr. Howlie( not sure😅) managed to locate our lost luggages and really assisted us although out to find it...and thank you as we were compensated for an extended hour of stay because of what happened. Our room was exceptional. Comfy beds, clean bathroom fridge filled with enough water we need for our stay. We also arrived with a simple balloon decorated room which truly surprised my son🥰... as well as a complementary birthday cake which was served in the evening😍 Our kids truly enjoyed the KIDS CLUB as they have fun activities in store for our kids. Thumbs up for MS. Ojo and team who managed to make my son's birthday more special by giving him a birthday card and encouraging all kids to sing for him in the club and prepared hand twisted balloons for them. To dear Ms. Judee who guided the kids for a water zumba...such a fun activity to engage them and she really won our kids' hearts by the choice of music during the activity.

Clean hotel and very welcoming staff.. the tickets for theme parks is a big bonus for the price..

The Double beds were very very small .. not comfortable for 2 persons to sleep in it. Restuarents in the hotel were expensive and tastless.. If crowded in the morning you will have the breakfast in the ballroom which i didnt like.. breakfast was not tasty as well..

I really appreciated the staff—they were very accommodating and approachable. The receptionist welcomed us with a smile and patiently explained the reason behind the long waiting time. While I understand that the delay may not have been their fault, I do feel that since we checked in late, we should have been offered a late check-out as a form of compensation

We experienced a waiting time of over an hour before our room key was provided, which was quite inconvenient. Additionally, considering it's summer, we strongly suggest that kids’ pool access be allowed earlier than 9:00 AM. Most children wake up early, and early access would help avoid exposure to the intense midday sun and prevent them from getting sunburned. Regarding the theme park access, it would be more guest-friendly if the complimentary entry were not limited to a single entry only. Given the cost paid, we believe that guests—especially those with young children and elderly companions—should be allowed multiple entries to the selected theme park. This would give families the flexibility to return to the hotel when needed (e.g., for our senior mom to rest) and re-enter later in the day when they are ready to enjoy the park again.

A little far from the city. But that is what we were there for.

The breakfast buffet area is not convenient, the quality of services is very poor, and the quality of coffee is lacking.

The accommodation was very clean and welcoming. Room was easily accessible and cleaned regularly. Poolside was also very clean. Theme park tickets that were included with the price were an excellent bonus.

Sometimes the service could be very slow, for example when ordering drinks.

Clean and well maintained property. They were amazing with allowing an early check in as we’re had a flight land stupid o clock with a toddler and the front desk handled it so well. Would stay again in a heartbeat

Being on the ground floor we were close to the speakers playing ambient music at night which could be heard through the windows. We also only found out on the last night that the wellness centre has a complimentary jacuzzi, sauna and steam room for guests and it was a shame that this wasn’t advertised at all.
