Restaurant food & service: The restaurant was the highlight of my stay. The food was excellent, and the waiters were truly great — friendly, attentive, and professional. Their service was the one thing that kept the experience positive. The shop in the hotel. The staff are great but the items are limited. Please add containers

My stay was quite disappointing, especially as a parent traveling with a baby. Baby cot hygiene: The cot provided was dirty, which is completely unacceptable. Housekeeping delays: Housekeeping took a very long time to respond to requests, and in some cases, they simply did not follow up. Room size: The rooms were smaller than expected and not practical for families with infants. Lack of essential amenities: There was no microwave in the room, which made warming food or milk extremely inconvenient. Not baby‑friendly: For anyone with a baby under one year old, the room is simply not accommodating. There was no proper place to sterilize or wash bottles — I’m certainly not washing them in a bathroom sink. Overall, the stay was not comfortable for me or my baby. I genuinely wanted to leave after the first day.

Perfect stay for park adventures

The hotel was great, we took a package with park tickets and were very happy with it. Despite some misunderstanding about the number of tickets, all ok, sorted out with the help of Danna. Room was nice, close to parks, hotel is great with many options - game room, pool, gym, market, restaurant. We had a great time at Rove, thank you!

Towels in the room were not changed (we did not ask, but we did not ask for it eighter).

Affordable, friendly, clean, and convenient

I enjoyed the location. It was convenient to have connecting rooms that were able to accommodate my family.

The parking was sometimes full, and we had to walk around the building, sometimes from the parking lot to enter the hotel. The lack of amenities available in the room, even though some things are available upon request, but it was still limited.

It was a very nice relaxing stay. Perfect for families also!!

I like that that check out is 2pm. We still can go swimming the next day and play more. We dont need to go cramming on check outs. Hotel is in nearby parks and outlet village where you can buy branded goods at low price.

It is quite far from the city but its ok there is service bus going to some destinations like malls, parks and mrt/bus station.

Amazing staycation

The staff are so accommodating, MOE , Joseph, Jeffry also the Filipino guy. They also gave us free lollies when we were swimming. Facilities are great especially with families 🥰🥰 I booked via booking.com and got upgraded!

Excellent stay and value for money.

Overall very excellent experience with the hotel. Breakfast was superb, pool was also great, there is also very good indoor play area, 24 hours market.

Great for kids, great location for the parks.

Your staff is your biggest asset. They ( Front deskt, F&B, engineering as well as house keeping) are all friendly and helpful! They play area is a great ending of the day for the kids and so relaxing for the parents 😊. The food choices on the buffet are good and daily changed.

Not having a valley parking was a surprise for us in Dubai and reminded us at home, but was not a reason to ruin the stay. Although its difficult to accommodate everyone’s taste, i think a little more seasoning would not hurt. Despite this, i would definitely recommend the hotel with its staff and amenities.

Cleanliness

The check in took almost 45 minutes, the manager (Ms Sarah) was not welcoming our feedback as she was very defensive rather being welcoming. She also tried to charge us 250 AED for park ticket but we refused and had to modified our booking again. The parks are not close to the hotel and needs car to go there. Also, the hotel as a self service as Ms Sarah keeps telling the customer. Mr Amern the other manager came to us later to apologize for the inconvenience. I will not come back again.

The front disk manager (Ms Sarah) was not considerate and was defensive when we gave a feedback on check in process, it took 45 minutes and also she tried to charge us extra 250 AED claims for child park ticket, even though we had to modify the booking until we were right and she was wrong with that claim. Overall, good experience but parks not close to the hotel and needs car, the room very small

The same dish we took throughout a 10 night stay would always be different – Supreme Omelet for breakfast – sometimes it'd be with a lot of cheese, sometimes with a touch of it, sometimes without cheese at all. Overall, the breakfast offering could be improved.

Overall, its a family hotel and we had a great staycation.

Nice stuff (bho and shruti) were amazing and so helpful, room service no delays, rooms are very clean and the pool is clean too opening from 10 to 10, we got a free treats while swimming ( ice cream and popcorn), over all its a great destination for family and couples

I think this is a great hotel to stay at with kids. It had a pool that had good hours opened. It also had a play area open 24 hours, and a small grocery store.

The location is a bit far, so either come prepared, as deliveries can be difficult, and might be better to go get some food from the Last Exit where all the food trucks are.

i like the idea of designing this hotel. I like the supermarket on the ground floor. I like self service in laundry room. i like the lobby and study box.

the hotel itself was great. The stuff was great and friendly. However, Things need to be improved as below: Add Hotel valet parking. improve room service. Do some refurbishment on the floor of the corridors on all floor levels of the hotel. reduce the dump in the prayer room ground floor. in water section, in the entrance of the prayer room. this matter has been informed the staff at the reception 3 times. It was No action unfortunately.
