The property was wonderful experience to stay with kids and completely worth it.Mr.Ahmed was very friendly and helpful for the smooth check-in and check out process.

No parks open No cover for the swimming pool and we are in summer or sun ☀️ strong

Although the children had a great time, I felt that the play areas were somewhat limited. Adding more water play attractions and activities would make the experience even more enjoyable for families with young children. I would also recommend offering a wider variety of food options at dinner. As the hotel mainly caters to families with children, having more diverse choices would better accommodate different tastes and preferences. In addition, I was disappointed by my check-out experience. I was informed of an additional charge related to the room type and was asked to pay an extra amount. However, this was never mentioned during check-in, nor was it explained when I made the booking and payment. If there are additional charges, they should be clearly communicated in advance to avoid confusion and unexpected surprises at check-out.

Very Need professional Entertainers for kids, walking around introducing abd inviting kids and families to join activities and challenges. Besides all parks are closed because the general situation. So my evaluation was on the hotel only.
