Mini land is the most beautiful place there!

Unfortunately, the food was of poor quality. We couldn’t find a decent restaurant to eat at, even at Riverland. The breakfast was basic and of poor quality as well. Plus room was quite small. The pool was under maintenance.

nothing worse could have happened to me during this stay than the reception staff, specifically NABINA, should change jobs... the manager can't solve the problem, I was there for the 4th time and it was definitely the last time The food is terrible. There should be control from the Legoland Company.

Suggest more fruits in breakfast.

Variable time to clean room: we got before 10 and at around 5pm.

Good place for children but not for parents! Many facilities but with restrictions for age and hight in most of the playing areas!!

Too much noise comes from music. You can’t relax at all! They didn’t mention any restrictions for age and hight when i booked with them!

The staff were lovely with the children making the experience special for them. Ahmed (reception manager) was very helpful and ensured the boys had a special birthday by organizing birthday cake.

Nothing well organized

Everything was customised to make kids comfortable and happy in the stay they enjoyed it alot

The hotel was very safe and secure the kids was playing in the lobby till 1 am without any fear to go and play

That it’s close to Lego parks

Honestly everything was way below our expectations. The cleanliness, the feeling of humidity and poorly maintained air conditioners which made us cough all night. My friend was in a room next to us and she found termites all over the desk and the bed! The manager we spoke to didn’t do anything about it or offer any compensation. The food was terrible, the staff were clearly overworked and unhappy. The organisation of providing access to the theme parks was ridiculous forcing residents to queue at a desk to gather their tickets when the tickets can be easily provided at check in without the unnecessary hassle. They insist to know which theme park you want to go first when the offer is access to ANY THEME PARK! And then if you change your mind regarding the theme park you want to go then you need to go to the queue again!! A very stupid system to say the least. For the amount of money we paid it is a very bad experience and we will never go back again

It was a wonderful stay. Had a lot of fun at waterpark. Best place to visit with children. We stayed for one night which i think is less. Would go back again.

No value for money. Health and safety issues inside the room. My daughter fell from the bunk bed and hit her head on the hard surface under the tv.

The lobby was creatively designed and filled with LEGO bricks, which provided a fun and safe play area for children while allowing parents to relax and supervise nearby. The hotel offered a wide range of activities tailored to kids of different age groups, which made it an excellent family-friendly choice. We stayed in a suite, which was spacious, clean, and well-furnished. The beds were comfortable and the room was quiet at night. Both breakfast and dinner were tasty and reasonably priced, with a good selection to satisfy adults and kids alike. Another major advantage was the hotel’s location—it’s within close proximity to multiple theme parks, making it easy to access LEGOLAND and others nearby. Hotel guests also benefit from a 50% discount on park entry, which adds great value to the stay.

Despite staying in a suite, the bathroom—especially the toilet—felt too small for the number of people the room is meant to accommodate. It would be helpful if the suite bathrooms were more spacious and better designed for families. Also, while the hotel itself is geared towards children, the staff lacked the energy and enthusiasm one might expect from a LEGO-themed property. They seemed disengaged and not particularly interactive with the kids, which took away from the overall playful and imaginative atmosphere the hotel promises. Some staff training focused on guest engagement and child-friendly interaction would significantly enhance the experience.

This makes it an excellent choice for families looking to maximize their time enjoying the attractions without worrying about transportation or additional park entry costs.

Far from downtown and city attractions. Can be expensive during busy seasons.

Perfect place for kids,little presents,nice staff.

Breakfast is basic, I suggest that everyday should have a theme breakfast especially for kids. Parks are accessible to the hotel, but not informed if they have a free taxi going to other parks which is little bit far.

We checked in during a special occasion—a triple birthday celebration for our family. Unfortunately, there were no complimentary gestures such as a cake or even a simple birthday greeting on the TV to make us feel welcomed or appreciated as guests. Additionally, we encountered several maintenance issues during our stay: The bathtub drained very slowly, and water would accumulate while someone was bathing. We had to use all the towels to soak up the water from the floor. The in-room telephone was not functioning properly. We attempted to call for assistance, but no one answered. When we went down to the front desk to report the issue, and the person form the reception personally went up to check the phone, he told that phone has technical issue.

This hotel absolutely blew us away! From fun-filled kids' workshops to direct access to the water park and creatively themed rooms, everything was thoughtfully designed with families in mind. We checked in early at 9 AM — while our room wasn’t ready yet, the staff gladly took our bags so we could head straight to the park. If you're staying for a day, you get to choose between LEGOLAND Park or the Water Park, and the best part is you can pick whichever day works best for you during your stay. Our room was spacious, beautifully decorated, and full of surprises. One of the highlights was a treasure safe that kids can unlock by cracking a code — inside were LEGO gifts. Hotel guests also get their own private entrance to the parks, which makes everything smoother and faster. My 7-year-old nephew had the time of his life exploring everything, and even my 1-year-old nephew had a blast splashing around in the baby pool and shallow hotel pool. The water park itself was amazing. The staff were not only friendly but also very attentive and firm when it came to safety, especially with kids trying to bend the rules on rides — something I really appreciated. We also got a 20% discount on food inside the water park, which was a nice bonus. Overall, the hotel staff were incredibly helpful and proactive throughout our stay. I absolutely recommend this hotel for families — it’s hands-down the best family-friendly getaway in the UAE!

Staff very nice , looked great rooms clean and large , very close to the fun park … food was plentyful and lots of choice

A lot of the games and rides were closed in the theme park …. Not many food places close by
