    My name is Nader, and I stayed at this hotel on October 12 and 13. The experience was extremely disappointing and unsafe from the moment I arrived. I waited for hours just to enter my room. The staff couldn’t even provide the correct password or access code to open the door — my luggage was left inside and I couldn’t get in until the next day. The cleanliness was terrible. There was dust, stains, and no proper housekeeping at all. It’s unbelievable that a hotel in one of the most prestigious areas of Dubai is allowed to operate in such poor condition. The entire building is out of maintenance, including the elevators, which felt dangerously unsafe. I was on the 30th floor and genuinely feared using the lift — it looked and sounded like it could break at any moment. The hotel is listed on Agoda under a different name, but its real name appears to be Grand Emirates, which is misleading. I am shocked that regulatory authorities have not intervened. I left the hotel for my own safety. I will be filing official complaints with the Dubai Municipality, Department of Economy and Tourism, and consumer protection authorities. This place is a safety hazard and should not be open to the public until proper maintenance and hygiene standards are restored.

    Unprofessional staff, can’t provide proper information. I booked for a room and the map wasn’t leading me to the place so i called the staff on duty and she couldn’t direct so i didn’t reach at the property. That’s very unprofessional
