I loved just to lay in bed and enjoy the view.

The staff is amazing (especially in the restaurant). Prices in restaurants are also good. This place is quiet, lush, private and has a relaxed atmosphere. Two nice outdoor pools. Liked the free shuttle to the pier twice a day.

A bit steep to the beach.

The staff, the view, the massage place, food. Reception Staff Pimyada went above and beyond to help me with all my questions, got me a fan because the AC in my room wasn’t working well, booked my massage, taxi’s, great recommendation about local nightlife and live music places. Also want to mention Pampam and Belle from the reception, the restaurant staff were amazing as well. A big highlight would be their masseuse at the massage place. Best massage I’ve had in Thailand so far. The snorkelling spot down from the hotel was convenient to access and very nice. Hotel provided free shuttle which made our life so much easier upon arrival.

The hotel is located inside the forest and extremely high which creates beautiful scenery. I also loved the animals, but it is not for everyone. The downside of it was the ants in the rooms.

The first room we stayed in, and later requested to move from, was very low and the climb back up to the entry was very inconvenient and difficult. The hotel is dirty, old, broken, and looks like a hostel inside the rooms rather than a hotel. The only rooms that were okay were the ones by the pool. The food in the restaurant was disgusting, which doesn't happen in Thailand, where the food is amazing. Since it is so far away, it is really inconvenient. It just feels old, neglected, not clean and that the owner simply doesn't care. It is extremely far away from the center, which honestly you could enjoy.. The idea is there, the far away getaway inside the jungle, but it is so neglected that it doesn't work. Also, last day, we saw a snake inside the restaurant.

The main advantage is the location. Away from the crowded parts of the island, and beautiful place with the best beach on the island (even though it's a 5 minute walk, it's worth it, and the walk is amazing, through the bushses. The pool is wonderful. Beautiful with a great view and nice size.

We stayed at the garden villas, so maybe some if our issues may not be relevant to other rooms. The advantage of the relatively secluded area has to be calculated against the fact there is no Bolt or Grab on the island, and the hotel shuttle is really limited. You can hire a bike, but the roads of the island are not easy to drive, and for inexperienced drivers, it could be quite challenging. Taxis on the island are 500/600 thb for each drive. So you need to take it into your considerations. The breakfast was quite limited, but we thought it was enough. The bar is also quite limited, but it wasn't bad. The facility itself is quite old. The rooms are rundown and the bathroom are not as clean as should be desired. The hotel is located within the woods, so animals and bugs are everywhere. We didn't mind (as long as they stayed out of the room), but unfortunately in one of our rooms there were ants coming out of the tap in the bathroom.... Also, our cabins were located comfortably near the pool, but the price was the smell of sewage, theat was really strong (coming from the opposite pool's plumbing). Also, The shower gel and the shampoo had terrible smell. Finally, the staff maintaining the rooms and the dinning room was nice enough and helpful, but the fronte desk's personnel were less accommodating and quite rigid (for example, we asked for a late checkout, to be able to synchronize with shuttle to the pier and despite the fact this was a readily available option in Booking, they refused).. The front desk itself works limited hours and the only way to contact them was through WhatsApp (that didjt work), and is unavailable during the night. Very strange. Overall, we would not recommend this hotel.

The staff was nice and helpful. The coral reef is the best in the Island. The room is great, large comfortable bed. The pools are very nice.

The breakfast for vegan is not good enough. Taxi to center is expensive.
