The location is on Tanote bay and is quite far from bars and restaurants. Road is up and down a hill and requires good driving skills. Property is great with amazing beach and great breakfast.

I really loved the view ! it was beautiful and relaxing. The hotel is also very convenient as you can walk directly down to the beach. The room was clean, although it was a little small. The housekeeping staff provided good service, and the front desk staff were very friendly and helpful. However, there was one issue with the staff member who was responsible for picking up guests. The staff member did not arrive on time, and there was no phone available to contact the guest, which made it difficult for them to find us. When they finally found us, the staff member complained about the situation in front of us, even though we had been waiting at the agreed time. I would kindly ask the hotel to remind the staff to be punctual and more professional when picking up guests. I hope this can be improved for future guests. Thank you.

The room itself is really nice and comfortable, but unfortunately I wouldn’t stay here again. My main issue is that I don’t think the pictures shown on the website accurately reflect what the hotel is actually like. The room is lovely, but the bungalow itself is right on the street, and the overall setting is not particularly pleasant. The structure and surroundings are quite different from what you might expect from the photos. There is also a bathtub on the terrace, which sounds like a great feature in theory, but in reality we never used it. There is no warm water, and the terrace is full of mosquitoes, so it’s basically unusable. The location, however, is excellent — probably one of the best parts of the island. Unfortunately, the rest of the property doesn’t live up to the location. The pool is not very nice and was often dirty, and we also found the food disappointing. Overall, while the room itself is nice and the location is fantastic, I don’t feel the hotel offers the experience portrayed in its pictures. For these reasons, I wouldn’t recommend staying here and would choose somewhere else next time.
