Nice but smelly.

Great location, great value, clean and comfortable.

The smell in the room - there was an odor coming back from the toilet/shower drains. I asked for a different room but was told there was nothing else available. They tried to disguise the odor with some air freshener, but it helped only partially. Unfortunately.

Horrible management and service--making money means more to them than fairness to their customers.

Convenient location to my customer.

The hotel is OK and fairly priced, but my customer made a reservation for me and forgot to tell me, and paid in full. And I had a reservation on Booking.com. They refused to cancel either one even though Booking.com allowed for a 50% refund for same-day cancellation. They said that they had already billed Booking.com and couldn't issue a refund. When I asked them to refund my customer, they refused. And the worst part about it was their attitude. I will never stay here again even though it's right next to my customer's office. I'd rather give my business to another hotel and take a taxi each day.
