I had a private bathroom.

It is an AirBnb, there is not enough parking and if you do not get there on time, you will have to park outside on the street, outside of the neighborhood and then walk to the place with all your luggage. They do not tell you but if you arrive out of the CheckIn time, they will charge you an additional fee for waiting for you. Internet was not great, but it was Ok Bathroom was really tiny. The light of the room where I stayed was actually outside of the glass door that closed the bedroom

the noise at night because of the trailers slowing down in the highway. it needs a little bit more cleaning, the mattress per sé was dirty, never vacuumed. some hair in the floor, mold in the shower, and hot water took long time. I could adapted and I spent my night comfortable, as it was for one night. Price was fair. The lady who was in charge of cleaning with a "big face" non-kind person.

very cold, - the temperature and the atmosphere

The walls of our room were thin and it was freezing cold. The carpet hasn't been cleaned ever I guess. Also the manager welcomed us extremely cold and didn't even want to let us in because of her payment (via booking) did not work. We solved that in a minute and it was not even our fault and she told us it happened to her the day before already. We didn't feel welcome at all and that didn't change the two nights we were there. Also we got served a plate of frozen french fries which we could not eat. Checking was delayed and we were waiting. It's too far outside the city and very hard to get a taxi.

No es muy accesible para llegar a la casa. Se requiere de un aseo frecuente ya que el piso de es de alfombra, algunas fundas de las almohadas no estaban muy limpias y tampoco las cobijas.

La fachada.

- El trato de la señora Mari Carmen es horrible, muy tosca y grosera con todos los huéspedes que iban llegando. ¡Les grita hasta por tel! - El jabón que dan es "rosa venus" como un motel barato. - Las cobijas que están en el ropero están empolvadas, notablemente sucias. - Al registrar la salida, todos los huéspedes conversamos lo grosera del trato. - Muebles viejos y descuidados, ventanas sucias. - Algunos apagadores descompuestos - El interior es extrañamente descuidado para la zona y la prepotencia de la señora. - Me sorprende la alta calificación del lugar

Que por estar platicando demoraron en darme mi habitación siendo que llegue cansada. Y que, en cambio, fueran tan estrictos en los horarios de usos comunes cuando no se está haciendo escándalo. El primer día de la estancia hicieron buena limpieza, pero no acompletaron papel higiénico que ya no había.

Debo hablar en primer lugar de la atención de la encargada Maricarmen, conmigo un trato excepcional. Llegué sintiéndome mal, se sentó conmigo casi dos horas, me atendió, me tomó la presión varias veces y me tranquilizó. Hasta que no me sentí mejor no me dejó sola. En todo momento que le escribí al segundo me respondió al igual que Jorge. Ella es una persona muy instruida, con gran cultura, muy amenas nuestras conversaciones, con una capacidad alta de manejar toda la casa. La limpieza y orden de todos los espacios excepcional. Los servicios adicionales como compra de comida me ayudaron mucho ya que mi estancia iba a ser corta, la comida del menú también la prepara Maricarmen y es sabrosa, me asombró bastante su capacidad para manejar tantas cosas al mismo tiempo, sin perder calidad. Todos los días cuando regrese mi cuarto estaba limpio y ordenado. Lo que más me impresionó fue nuestra despedida, como una persona que conociera de mucho tiempo. Mi estancia fue cómoda, agradable y me sentí muy bien. La zona es muy segura, todos fueron amables conmigo hasta en las garitas. Queda cerca de la Universidad Iberoamericana y hay rutas públicas para varios puntos, muy fácil para moverse. Termino con un 'gracias Maricarmen'

La ubicación es buena, aunque al encontrarse dentro de una privada el acceso es un poco complicado. La cocina y los aditamentos son ideales.

El wifi es un poco lento y en ocasiones deja de funcionar y las paredes no son gruesas, por lo que llegas a escuchar el sonido del exterior u otras habitaciones. La casera tiene poco tacto para tratar con los huéspedes, inclusive escuchamos una discusión acalorada entre un huésped y la casera durante nuestra estancia.

Me gustaron las instalaciones, me hospede en la habitación éxito, siempre estuvo muy limpio, pude descansar y me gustaron las áreas comunes.

Lamentablemente recibimos malos tratos de parte del personal, desde el día que llegamos se respiro un ambiente hostil y no de amabilidad, no me hicieron sentir en casa, al contrario hubo prepotencia.

Me gustaron las instalaciones, en mi caso me hospede en el cuarto Amor y estuvo muy cómodo, limpio y accesible para un buen descanso. Las áreas comunes también me gustaron porque te permiten sentirte como en casa.

Definitivamente la mala atención al cliente. Entiendo que debe haber una persona responsable de dar las reglas de habitabilidad sin embargo, más allá de eso te hacen sentir más como un intruso que como un huésped, las formas no son para nada correctas pues hay prepotencia en el trato y esto le resta muchos puntos al lugar.

El baño en extremo de pequeño, el lavamanos con la mezcladora rota y muuuy pequeño, aunque esperaba recámara con 2 camas matrimoniales no estuvo mal con 3 individuales, mucho ruido desde temprano, suben y bajan la escalera frecuentemente. Con todo respeto y agradecimiento por el buen trato y habernos recibido en su propiedad, me permito sugerir mantenimiento en general para que no se siga deteriorando y pueda lucir, hacer de alguna forma eficiente el aislar la escalera con la parte de abajo, porque todo el polvo de la escalera ensucia y cae al espacio de está recámara, además quita la privacidad. La estancia aunque muy corta porque sólo llegamos a dormir estuvo bien, pero pudo ser mejor, nos hubiera gustado desayunar ahí. Tal vez cubriendo la parte de abajo de la escalera y sacando el lavamanos del mini baño, estoy segura que sería súper bueno. Más limpieza en general de todas las áreas, la ropa de cama olía a limpio, si embargo están muy percudidas sobre todo las toallas y se ve muy mal y no dan confianza de higiene. Estos comentarios son con el fin de que pudiera mejor el sitio ya que para nosotros podría ser un lugar de nueva elección cada que vamos a cdmx y recomendación para amigos y familiares. La casa es bonita, está en la zona de Santa Fe, es un alojamiento económico para la zona, si, estoy de acuerdo con todo eso, pero nada de eso merece la pena con el trato de la señora Maricarmen quien es la gerente, recepcionista, cajera y quien te sirve los alimentos, es decir esta en todo momento desde que llegas al hospedaje te recibe con malos tratos, siempre regañando, con una hostilidad que no he recibido en ninguna otra parte del mundo sin importar la zona o el precio del hospedaje, fue tan incomodo que mis amigas y yo no quisimos estar en el hospedaje y nos obligamos a estar fuera de ahi mas del tiempo planeado en nuestro viaje y regresando solo después de las 11 pm cuando comienza el horario de silencio y dejando el hospedaje a las 5 am antes de las 6 am que ella vuelve a sus actividades, estuvimos incomodos y asustados ya que te sientes en una cárcel desde que llegas, no volvería jamas a este sitio y no lo recomendaría ni de loco. Debo insistir que he viajado por Norte America, Centro America, Sudamerica y Europa, en toda clase de hospedajes, desde hostales hasta hoteles muy bonitos, caro o barato, grandes o pequeños, jamas me habían tratado tan mal, no lo podíamos creer y en nuestro propio país.
