From the minute I booked the questions I had were answered with care and help. We are so happy with our stay. Accommodating us arriving early and allowing us to get ready for a family wedding and advising us on taxi services. Breakfast was delicious, choice of cereals,fruit, yogurts, build your own full English,hot sandwiches and even crumpets, pancakes and teacakes. Both management and staff were very helpful. Small note having a small collection of safety pins or sewing kits for those little mishaps would be a great addition to rooms or staff room. We had 3 rooms and all were great.

Really lovely & respectful owner. A great breakfast had. Room was a great size. Bed comfortable and room had everything we needed. Good value for money. Location so easy for our travels. We even made friends with the resident cat!

Not a lot..... the size of the room was the best thing....

The building was indeed up to expactations but its location left a bit to be desired. Our room was spacious but a bit sorry for itself, the carpet was in need of a good clean, and it felt quite dated even though it has had a bit of a make-over. There were no chrager pointr in the room which seemed odd too. Breakfast was not very good, a sad choice of cereal/fruit/yogurt. the trditional breakfast whilst harty was made up of inferior quality ingredients , plenty of it but all piled on one plat with the toast served underneath the poached eggs which made it soggy, next day asked for the toast to be on the side and it was served stacked on a small wooden board. No extra knife to butter it with so had to wipe our breakfast knife and use that whilst holding the toast in our hand. As there was only one staff member he was not always at hand to ask for anything. The hotel is located in the middle of a housing estate, very strange.
