Friendly host, convenient place for short stays in Edinburgh. Close to Hey Market train station. Well priced compared to some.
No fan in the bathroom. Unable to open windows for fresh air.

Lovely welcome when we arrived. Room on the ground floor at the back so nice and quiet. Room was spotlessly clean and newly done up but it really is tiny. Parking to the side of the property. The hotel bar was nice and the staff were all really friendly & helpful.
The room we were in was really tiny. Fine for an overnight but couldn’t have been there any longer.

Check in was easy and staff we interacted with were helpful. Location was good and bed was comfortable.
Room was a lot smaller than expected and things could have been cleaner, e.g. dusty mugs and cups we couldn't use. Is also above a pub and not any sound proofing.
